Location was great for shops and restaurants. It was especially useful for the bus stop to Niseko, which was just outside. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and we had an extra bed provided for our young son, as requested

The staff were unbelievably kind! They assisted us with directions and bus routes. They also provided an adapter for my laptop when I realized that I had forgotten one!
The interior of the hotel hallways and inside the rooms looked generally outdated. The tile in the bathroom was light green and reminicent of older times, but everything was really clean!

Staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and an extra bed was provided as requested. Location was great especially for its bus stop to Niseko.
