- There is only onsen for men in the building. If you want to enjoy onsen for women, need to walk to nearby building

Location is great, breakfast delicious, hotel is clean & comfortable, free 🍦after 9pm served fee noodles, only thing women onsen need to walk over another hotel.overall we are very happy to stay there

Breakfast and the snacks are good. Public bathroom is good but just for men. The room is great.

The location is great, very close to Sendai station.

The hot spring is only for men. Women hot spring is in the nearby Dormy Inn. It's quite in convenient. Non-smoking room smelled bad, like someone smoked there before we checked in.

there is 10 mins walk from Sendai Station, quite far if you have to bring the luggages to the property.

Hotel itself is bit old and it was big difference with the other Hotel (Nono) Breakfast, there were very limited choice.

The staff were very friendly; the price was extremely low, especially when you consider the outstanding breakfast. Seriously, this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had in Japan!

Unfortunately, this hotel is really showing its age. It definitely needs to be renovated, preferably before foreign tourists return to Japan. Additionally, while the hotel is not extremely far from Sendai Station, it is also not especially convenient.

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. Its in a very good location close to the station, restaurants and shopping areas.

The public bath on site was men's only, they have a women's bath at a secondary location about a block away, which you have to ask for a pass to. Also, parking on site costs an extra 1000 yen

My family and I were pleased with the hotel's location, as it is conveniently close to restaurants and various attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable.

My family and I were quite disappointed with the bathroom in our room. It was clearly outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. The toilet was particularly uncomfortable, especially for my husband, as the seat was awkwardly positioned, making it very tight to sit. Additionally, the high step into the bathroom posed a safety concern, as my husband, my 6 year old daughter and I nearly tripped. I regret not mentioning these issues to the staff to ensure they’re aware of guests' comfort. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were very happy with our first stay, which led us to return, expecting the same level of amenities, facilities, and features. Unfortunately, this time we were quite disappointed, with the bathroom being the main concern. On a positive note, the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
