- There is only onsen for men in the building. If you want to enjoy onsen for women, need to walk to nearby building

Location is great, breakfast delicious, hotel is clean & comfortable, free 🍦after 9pm served fee noodles, only thing women onsen need to walk over another hotel.overall we are very happy to stay there

Rooms are pretty standard, but this hotel has one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel in Japan

Bathrooms can use an update

The location is great, very close to Sendai station.

The hot spring is only for men. Women hot spring is in the nearby Dormy Inn. It's quite in convenient. Non-smoking room smelled bad, like someone smoked there before we checked in.

there is 10 mins walk from Sendai Station, quite far if you have to bring the luggages to the property.

the female onsen is not applicable to use

Hotel itself is bit old and it was big difference with the other Hotel (Nono) Breakfast, there were very limited choice.

The staff were very friendly; the price was extremely low, especially when you consider the outstanding breakfast. Seriously, this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had in Japan!

Unfortunately, this hotel is really showing its age. It definitely needs to be renovated, preferably before foreign tourists return to Japan. Additionally, while the hotel is not extremely far from Sendai Station, it is also not especially convenient.

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. Its in a very good location close to the station, restaurants and shopping areas.

The public bath on site was men's only, they have a women's bath at a secondary location about a block away, which you have to ask for a pass to. Also, parking on site costs an extra 1000 yen

Overall the stay was just ok. Onsen was tiny and not worth using. Decent room size, though the bathroom was tiny. There was a wardrobe in the room which is unusual for Japan. Its well located in Sendai.

The room was old and a bit tired. Bathroom is really small. Room was very dark.

The room was very dirty, including the futon that we were supposed to sleep on had many stains and seemed unwashed. Lots of stains and splash marks on every wall in the room and stains on the tatami floor. Very dirty bathroom and shower room with no hand/face wash soap. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfied, with consistent worry for the children and my own safety and health. The entire lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and unfriendly for little children.
