Good stay in Tokyo and great value for money. The rooms are small but that is what you need to get used to while staying in Tokyo. The room was quiet and clean. The location was great, close to the subway station and Konbini's just around the corner. Tokyo Tower, Teamlabs, and Mori Museum are within short walking distance. Luggage service to the airport is available (against a fee), totally recommend using it!

It is in a convenient location only 2 minutes away from the subway station. It’s in a quiet street and very close to 3 convenient stores. It is very tight space so you can only open 1 luggage at a time but for the price paid it was nice

I stayed in a double room with 1 other person and we were only given 2 large towels, and 3 medium towels. We asked reception for 2 extra towels for our hair and they mentioned that they would have to charge $500yen per extra towel. They also expect you to clean your own room and will not empty your garbages everyday.

Rooms are small in size but very smartly arranged giving you everything you need for a trip to Tokyo. Shower had a rainfall shower and was amazing after long days exploring! We arrived gone midnight and the check in process was very speedy and easy, it’s around 25 mins to Haneda Airport (£40-50 one way). Washing machine service was brilliant, free ice cream machine which is very tasty and plenty of free toiletries at reception if and when needed. Close to subway station and only a few stops from Shinjuku and Shibuya so location is perfect. 7Eleven and Lawson on the same road and both 24hrs for any of your needs. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very clean, new, good quality/price. Room and toilet very small but you get just enough room and everything you need.

We arrived 30 min before check in and wanted to charge for the early arrival (half an hour !). We had to wait in the lobby, although the room was ready. Not very flexible !

The location is great, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby, nice bars for after dinner and it’s super close to the station.

we got delayed by the typhoon and they were totally unwilling to waive the cancelation fee. this was annoying and unfair. I hoped they would had been more cooperative

We got a suite for our family, which was great for being able to sleep in separate bedrooms while having access to a private social space to lounge about. The location was also convenient for a lot of activities we wanted to do. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with sending our luggage off to our next hotel. There's a bunch of a free amenities in the lobby, including free self-serve soft serve!

The entrance to the hotel elevator felt awkward, like walking down a service alley from the street. The floor of one of our bedrooms was also wet for some reason.

Very clean room, attentive staff, extremely good location, many great museums nearby. Yes, it was a small room, but not smaller than hotel rooms in Paris or Rome inner city. Several convenience stores around the corner, and you can order suitcase delivery service from the hotel to the airport (which worked very well). Loved being able to get pyjamas anytime, and you could pick up several useful things at the reception, like coffee, tea etc.

Really hard to understand the AC remote (all in Japanese), for whatever reasons the settings were different at some point and there was no way I could reset. The translations of DeepL and Google Translate made no sense. The hotel handout only covered the most essential instructions. The hotel staff I asked tried to help, but they also did not understand how to change the settings. It kept blowing very cold or very hot air :-( Annoying. Just don't touch the AC
