Check in was a little bumpy due to it being completely automated and us not fully understanding the system. The staff that was working when we arrived didn't speak enough English to be able to help, but we were able to figure it out. After we figured it out, it was a really good system. It could be improved with clearer instructions, but there's also the possibility that I was the problem. We had breakfast included, which required breakfast tickets. They printed out individual tickets for each of us for every day of our stay. It was so much paper, we had a 2 week stay. There has to be a better way to do that, so there isn't so much paper waste. The food at the restaurant was good. It was a rotation of the same 6 options, so if you like a lot a variety you won't get it. I found it fine and it was always consistently good. The room was super small for 2 people for as long as we were there. We managed and it ended up being fine for us, but if you need room to spread out, you won't have it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was small and functional. Overall, a really good place to stay with the train station right outside the door.

Higashi Nihombashi is a great location. The area is calm and there are multiple metro lanes going to Shinjuku, Asakusa, Tokyo station... You can also walk to Akihabara in like 20 minutes from there, neat! There's a nice café and a convenience store right by the hotel. The room is what you expect from APA, small, clean and packed with quality amenities. We even had a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree!

We enjoyed the stay very much, so those are just tiny little things you might want to know about: The hotel felt a bit more dated than other APA Hotels we stayed in, but the bed was somehow more comfortable here You can't keep the luggage under the bed, but there was a bit of space under the window The hotel doesn't have a laundromat unlike other APAs we stayed in, but there is one 5 minutes away

Location was excellent! Connects to Narita airport directly through the Skyaccess line. The nearest train station was also located just outside the hotel. There is a 7-11 a few steps away. I super appreciate the friendly staff at the reception. Check in was easy and the room, though a bit small but expected, was clean and had everything that I need. The bed and pillows are super comfotable. There is a small refrigerator inside the room. Hot shower is available and there is a small tub in the bathroom. You get a daily change of robes and towels as well. There were breakfast options and they both were filling. I really like this hotel. Very convenient and accessible!

I already expected this but rooms are a bit small so you can only open 1 large luggage at a time. It was fine for me but please take note if you're bringing a lot of stuff

Convenient location as Higashi-Nihombashi station's exit and a 7 Eleven is just a stone throw away. Sufficient room space as a solo traveller, bed is comfortable. The tap for the shower and sink are interconnected. Free amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer and even a yukata. They provide a free lugagge storing service if you arrive before the check-in time and the staff were helpful when I was stressed about the check-in procedure.

The wifi was slightly slow especially when I was trying to directly connect watching YouTube on the TV with my phone. I wanted to use the microwave on the 2nd floor but the room was locked. If there's an opening and closing time displayed it would be great.

My hubby and I do really like the location, few steps away from Higashi-Nihombashi Station where you can access Akihabara, Shinjuku Stations, it is 10mins from Tokyo Terminal, few steps have 7Eleven, Drugstore, Dominos and a nice Chinese resto in front, Pronto is good also, located within the lobby. The staffs replying me in Booking.com are accommodating, there's a floor where you can microwave food, ice cubes, have coffee and vending machine anytime you want, room has dedicated wifi btw. Although the bathroom is too small, surprisingly it has mini bathtub, everyday they leave a new sets of toiletries, towels and all in front of our room. Super duper loveeeee this hotel, I am hoping we can come back soonest!!!

Great location! It’s right next to a train station, making it easily accessible. They also offer free luggage storage if you arrived earlier than the checkin time, so you can already start your tour around the city. They also have an express check-out service when you need to leave quickly or during the wee hours. There is a 7-eleven nearby too!

All you will need is available in the rooms. However, it is small and there isn’t enough space for luggages. It was a bit dusty and the carpet flooring needs to be vacuumed. Nonetheless, it was a good place to stay.

Good location not very busy area of Tokyo, but well communicated with any direction as metro station next to the hotel and 5 min walk distance to JR line. Nice brekfast. staff very helpful and good access to amenities.

it was my 3rd hotel in Japan and in compare to other it was the smallest room where even there was not enough space to open your luggage. our room was not clean as we expected after other Japanese hotel standard lot of dust and walls been very dirty with lot of marks.

The room is really small but packed with everything you need. I stayed at single smokers room. OK for one person but very difficult for two. Lots of outlets and lighting options. The bed and duvet were very comfortable.

Cannot see the point of doing self check in electronically when there is personnel available at the reception. Nowhere to sit in the lobby-reception area. The pillows were rock hard. The window could not be opened past 10 cm, so no fresh air in the room.

Location was EXCELLENT! station is just right outside the hotel, literally just a few steps! The train lines in this station are amazing! you get to go to Shibuya, Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno,Akiba with just at least one transfer or NONE at all! There is a community bus going to some locations such as Akihabara and Skytree! I am extremely bad w/directions but to my surprise, this is by far the easiest station I'v stayed in Japan (comparing it to Shinjuku & Akihabara-previous area Iv stayed).Room is compact, small but clean and good enough, comfy bed! Local express train from Narita for only Y1100, so cheap! Area is quiet,lots of mini groceries and convenience stores, LOCAL food shops that are cheap and amazingly good! Saying goodbye to TikTok food recos! Japanese Local Food for the win!

I appreciated the convenient proximity of APA Hotel to the subway stations. The option to choose between two nearby stations made commuting hassle-free. Overall, my experience was excellent! The room was impeccably clean, and there were no unusual odors, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the APA Hotel, but one aspect I found inconvenient was the absence of a laundry room on the premises. While there is a laundry shop just 5 minutes away, I couldn't help but wish for the convenience of an on-site facility. Having such a amenity would have added to the overall ease and comfort of my stay.
