Everything is very well organized; the staff are professional and friendly. As always in Japan it's super clean and in this case everything feels new.

Suggestion: Guests want two things when they first arrive: turn on the air conditioning and connect to the internet. Both are easy but you need to figure it out which is no fun if you are hot and tired. It would be nice to hand guests one page with instructions on these two critical things. Perhaps you add one line to the bottom of this one page that other information is available on the TV.

Suberb staff, friendly service. The room had everything you needed and the rooms layout was designed in very smart way, even though the size was small. You did not feel at all like it was cramped or too small. We stayed very comfortably for one week in the same room and had almost no issues in our stay. The room had a huge TV screen and movies, series, even R18-stuff was free to watch! We are defenitely going to use this hotel chain in all our future Japan vacations if possible.

We did not quite understand first that we could control the heating and AC system, since there were many flyers on the table and adds playing on the room TV that all air circulation is centrally controlled, not from the rooms. So we did not turn AC heating on, and slept in ice-cold freezing room (our trip was in November!) for two whole nights before we realized that duh, we gotta turn the heat on with the control panel next to the bed! After that we slept comfortably and stayed warm for the rest of the stay. We did both get colds and got sick, since for those two first nights we sweated under the warm and extra-thick duvets while the room air was freezing, and constantly got too hot, or too cold if even a tiny bit of our body was outside of the duvet.

This is my third stay at this property in two years. I have stayed at 8 other places in Tokyo, but keep choose to keep coming back here. It offers great value, especially for solo travelers, and the area is underrated. Very conveniently located on two subway lines. Only 20 minutes direct to Shinjuku. The neighborhoods of Akihabara, Asakusa, and Ginza are even closer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Wholesale luggage vendors are nearby for when you go overboard on shopping. Anyone complaining about room size has never been to Japan before.

Rude tourists with unrealistic expectations who don’t know how to treat the staff respectfully. Lobby can get crowded as many people leave their luggage after check out.

The space under the bed is helpful to store luggage and was enough for both of us. We worked from the room for two days and internet connection was good enough for a few meetings. We loved how quiet the room is, good hot shower, nice toiletries and standard Japan toilet. There is a subway entrance right on the corner and a convenience store beside it. Convenience stores have good enough food for breakfast if you need it. We tried breakfast on the hotel and it was good. I really loved the location, would not have picked anywhere else. 20-30min by subway to most popular attractions, 10min to Tokyo station. Loved it.

Just some ideas for improvement, but I liked APA because it was reliable and efficient. Other hotels had water refill everyday plus coffee provided everyday. Pillow could also be softer.

We have spent a whole week in this hotel and were very satisfied with the room, hotel and the staff. Check-in was easy and helped by staff. The room was clean and bigger than in other hotels we were at (we had 2 larger suitcases and a big backpack). Internet worked well for most of the time. There are multiple electrical plugs in the room, one is even multi-port, so we could plug our EU-D standard charger in. The hotel is near a lot of bus and metro stations and is thus well connected to the other parts of the city. It's also walking distance (20min) to Akihabara. It's easy to recommend to anyone, who needs to stay for a longer period, especially if you want to explore the city. We also managed to send our luggage from Tokyo to the hotel and everything worked well - we got it as expected on arrival.

In general all was well, and there's nothing to complain about. Maybe just minor things. The hotel does not provide real cups, only paper ones. Shared use microwaves are next to the reception, which is a bit tricky; i.e., when there's a lot of guests trying to check-in. The TV with it's media box provide internet in the room, but for some reason they

The subway was a few minutes from the hotel which was very good because I used it every day. Convenience stores, bakery and coffee shops were close to the hotel and the cafe which served breakfast for the hotel was available for lunch as well. My room was big ( by Japanese standards) and very quiet and dark at night so I slept well. The staff were helpful and organised a taxi for me as well as a slightly late, paid check-out time. For me it was easier to get a taxi to Tokyo Main Station as the subways are difficult to manage even a medium suitcase because there are limited escalators or elevators and impossible in peak hour.

I was happy with everything.

It is a standard APA hotel, and I am very satisfied with the price/quality ratio. Many people complain about the small room, but to my taste, for a solo traveler, it was okay and very effectively organized. The location is good; it is close to metro stations and many convenience shops and restaurants. The check-in process is quick and smooth, even with too many people arriving exactly by the 3 p.m. check-in time.

The pillows I had were both quite hard, so I had some trouble sleeping. Also, the A/C blows directly to the bed, so you cannot keep it on when sleeping, and in summer, when it is extremely hot, it is an issue.

My stay at APA Hotel Nihombashi was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were incredibly serene and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the city chaos. Being conveniently located near popular attractions was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. The hearty breakfast served was a delightful start to each day, and I must commend the restaurant staff for their unwavering helpfulness throughout my stay. APA Hotel Nihombashi truly exceeded my expectations, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers alike!

While my experience at APA Hotel Nihombashi was generally positive, I did encounter some challenges when trying to communicate with the reception staff in English. Despite their best efforts, there were moments of difficulty in conveying my needs and inquiries effectively. However, I must acknowledge their patience and willingness to assist, albeit with occasional language barriers. For non-Japanese speaking guests, this could pose a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location! 2 subway stations just 1 minute away and another one 10 min away The room is big enough for one person (before the trip I thought it could be smaller) Grocery stores and cafes are also close to the hotel (less than a 10 minute walk) There are two laundromats near the hotel (also less than 10 minute walk). Easy to get from the airport by subway (about 45 minutes to NRT, HND) Large TV in the room and high speed Wi-Fi Good for its price and perfect for singles

Only 4 food options for breakfasts. It was good enough but since I was staying for 2 weeks, I got tired of poke. Cleaning could be a little better. Also I haven't seen an ironing room, although I didn't need it
