I was at the same hotel last year (2023), so obviously I was satisfied. In my view it great value for money, but, also, you get what you pay for. I probably would not go as a couple, rooms are very small. But just for myself, they had all I needed: small but good bathroom, comfortable bed, good light from outside in the high floor I stayed at. But you must keep in mind that space is scarce in Tokyo, and this hotel reflects this.

Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel should make sure that there is in every shift at least one person comfortable with English. With a little bit of patience, and that occasional aid of a phone app, things always worked out in the end, but it could have been easier. Also, DO SKIP the hotel's breakfast which is remarkably poor. (I don't know why the hotel shows no interest in improving this.) There are good places to have breakfast a very short walking distance away.

Pricing was reasonable for long stay. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was inside the hotel. Vending machines for drinks. Actually okay-ish single use shaver for budget hotel. Daily amenities (towels, 1 cotton bud, toothbrush+toothpaste, instant coffee and green tea, paper cup, washcloth). Free Vod inside the room.

Lack of dnd signs inside the room. Breakfast is tasty, but always the same (scrambeled eggs, slice of bacon, green veggie leaves, cup of soup) and leftover bakery goods from last day. Ate breakfast about 11 times and only 1 time the egg wasn't scrambled, but cooked one side. Bad ventilation (centrally controlled - aka no cool air) and very dusty. Window let water through when it rained (when closed). Like half a cup of water in one night. Shampoo caused a lot of dead skin for eastern european skin. No laundry machines on site. Need to walk few hundred meters for quite costly laundry (500 yen washing 39 mins, and 100 yen per 7 minutes of drying).

That’s very conveniently, located close to my workplace and near restaurants, convenience, stores, and bus stops. My room was small, but everything was nice and clean. Even though it faced out onto a busy street, I heard very little street noise. I was especially appreciative of being able to drop off my suitcase early and pick it up late and especially especially appreciative that they returned my owl pillow that I left in the room.

There are no safety bars or seats in the bathtub and it’s so deep. It’s difficult to climb in and out of.

The staff was helpful despite a few knowing almost no English. The daily cleaning of my room was efficient. The bathroom worked fine, especially the shower with strong water pressure. I knew the rooms would be very small (this is Tokyo, after all), but mine was fine, especially since on the 11th floor I could see the sky and get sunshine through the small window.

I really did not like the breakfast service. Poor selection and understaffed. So much so that I started having it at a nice place a few blocks away, despite having prepaid for it. This really has to be fixed! Until it is, I recommend skipping it.

If you need a reasonably priced place to stay, this hotel is great. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and you have absolutely everything you need. The breakfast was good—more European/American than Japanese.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast are made to order by only one cook, which can take quite a bit of time if there are lots of guests arriving to eat at the same time. The shower was almost too short for me at 6’2”.

I like this hotel because it’s just a 10 minute walk to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Temple, which makes it convenient for me. The rooms are adequate, with all the things that you need except extra space.

The bed I had was like broken on one side. The mattress was really soft at the edge, which made you feel like you were gonna fall out. Also, the bathroom fan was noisy, and there were no safety features in the tub so I was afraid of falling.

The service from the staffs are exceptional. They willing to assist you 24/7, which gave the customer satisfaction. Check-in and check-out is super fast and convenience.

The hotel space such elevator and walkways on each floor may need some renovation to provide the cleanliness atmosphere for customer. Also, in my shower (room 205) the sink door underneath is almost broken.

like at every hotel from the APA group, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional.

unfortunately at every hotel from the APA group the rooms are incredibly small, the design is out of date and the old interior has a lot of visible marks of time. there is no investment in renewing.

Very convenient, a 15 min walk to my son's apartment, along a very safe, well lit street. The bed was comfortable and the furnishing and decor were nice.

The room was a single room and very small. I tried to upgrade, but because I used a different card from the one I paid for my room, the reservation was cancelled, and the whole room money was refunded. I had to rebook, but the price had gone up considerably, so I was not happy. I did not try to upgrade in case it got cancelled again.

The location is not very central but it is very well connected to the more touristy areas. 4 bus stops away from Shibuya, 10 min walk to Roppongi, and the nearest train station connects to Tsukiji, Ginza, etc.

Rooms were on the small side but okay for 1 person. Check out at 10am is a little too early for my liking.
