Every day the hotel provided clean yukata, towels and amenities (toothpaste, body towels, q-tips, tea, coffee, cups), every third day the room was cleaned. The bathroom is small but it has a bathtub that fits ~180cm European male. Water from the tap is drinkable. Body gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. A few floors have washing machines near the elevator, it takes about 2 hours and costs 500 yen to wash and dry your clothes (awesome). Nearby this hotel is a lot of places to eat, including McDonald's across the road. I can recommend Gyu-Kaku - yakiniku place, Yayoiken for more classical japanese type food and Matsuya for awesome japanese curry! Also, Rikugien Gardens is a very beautiful park not crowded with tourists and is located about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Perfect position, away from Shinjuku or Shibuya, with their very expensive hotels, while at the same time very close to Sugamo Station and its Yamanote Line, that pass for all the major stations of the city (including Shinjuku, Shibuya etc., so easily reachable). Free wi-fi, hotel very quiet and staff very helpful. The onsen were very relaxing, maybe just a bit too hot for one of the pulls.

There were some small problems, but you can easily compromise with them. First of all, there was only a quite heavy bed-sheet, and with october temperature sleeping with it was very hot and sweaty, so I had to provide a lighter one on my own because the hotel did not have it. The current in the room is cut off when you leave the room and bring with you the room's key, so it is not possible to leave a phone or an electric razor recharging while you are outside of the room. And last but not least, movie/tv series selection was a quite limited. Even the movie for adults, something that you would not expect, from Japan, due to their laaaarge quantity of material, on that regard.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. A few steps from one station and a couple minutes from another. Staff was always there and helpful. AC worked perfectly.

Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, I tried using LAN and wireless and both would disconnect consistently for a few seconds. Washing clothes was always a challenge, mostly all of the machines were used. if an impatient guest isn't able to wash they will have your clothes removed from your machine and taken downstairs if it's finished. Some people think they're more important than others even if your clothes aren't completely done drying or etc. so just a heads up.

Facilities are good. We have everything we need in the room. Everything was clean and smelt good. The TV had all the infos we need. The cleaning happens every 3 days and is well done you can ask for it too. The bathroom is clean and has all the amenities from shampo conditioner body lotion to hair bands razors hair brush cotton pads and soap. I love how they daily give you new towls, news robs and news cups and tea and suggar. Even a small fridge and hair blower. There is a microwave in the 9th floor and laundry machine in many floors. I really recommand it.

The artificial onsen at the top floor was incredibly pleasant and worth the price. Being able to go take a hot bath after a long day of walking around Tokyo was incredibly appreciated. The hotel was overall very nice and new. I appreciate the tv having a revolving fun of commercials and informative videos which make the time in the room quite amicable. The bathroom is small but well optimized and can decently fit a hefty person such as myself. Also the tv has information on the amenities throughout the hotel such as occupancy for the onsen or which washing machines are occupied.

There's only 3 washing machines for the entire hotel, getting one free was not easy.

The location is near the train station but away from crowded tourist areas. There are a lot of convenience stores, restos and local shops The room is comfortable with amenities for 1 person. It might be too tight for 2 persons wifh luggage The toilet and bath space is spacious and clean The check in and check out process is easy and efficient There is no daily housekeeping instead basic amenities are given everyday There are coin laudry microwave vending machine and ironing board available for use The onsen was great The TV system was also a great way to.monitor your stay and various activities in the hotel

There are several foreign workers but they do not seem to display the same level of hospitality as japanese staff.

The location was excellent. Entrance to train station a couple feet from the hotel entrance and JR station a little further up. Staff hung new towels, robes, and toiletries in a bag on our door everyday which was perfect. We didn’t want room cleaning while we were there for 5 nights but the front desk told us they Had to come in at least once during our stay to change the sheets, etc. I thought that was reasonable. Lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store around the corner.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great location near the subway exit. Easy access to food nearby. quiet location for light sleepers. has some laundry machines (not many or large capacity). Also has vending machines on some floors

The elevators are a huge pain, there are only three elevators that service all 14 floors. They are not smart elevators and take a while to go to every floor. Could take up to 10 mins to get to the ground floor as there are no stairs (except for emergency)

Really enjoyed our quiet & economic stay here! Great access to the Yamamote line, literally 5 minute walk to the station & 20 minutes to all the hotspots (Shinjuku/Shibuya). There are good ramen restaurants & bars outside of the hotel if you’re also looking to stay close. Definitely outside all of the commotion, but there is still stuff to do & see! I saw less tourists in this area which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable and I also enjoyed having access to the onsen! Luggage forwarding also available at the front desk.

Room was small! Had to constantly shuffle around the other person, but still doable.

Well located within walking distance to train station on the JR line which loops to all the popular spots like Shinjuku and Shibuya, and Nippori for getting the Skyliner to Narita Airport. Has it's own Onsen and kimono and slippers supplied to get to and from.

Was the smallest of all the hotels we stayed in but we did expect it would be small and the price was good so not really a complaint, we couldn't open our suitcases anywhere but on the bed. We enquired about aircon but was told it wasn't available at this time of year it could only be switched to heating and we overheated the first night, then we worked out how to open the window and used this instead, although it was winter we did encounter a 24 degree day, we could also open the door which was open to an atrium outside so we managed to get some cool airflow.
