Excellent location! We stayed for a week and set this hotel as our base. It was very convenient in terms of getting from the hotel to anywhere. Disney Sea was 45 minutes door to door, Tokyo Station is nearby to get the shinkansens, and Nihombashi and Kayabacho metro stations are close by which can take you anywhere on the metro lines. There is a direct train line (Asakusa Line) to Haneda Airport - absolutely convenient and you don't have to rush and beat the train crowds. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The room was quite small for 2 people with 3 suitcases. We'll get a bigger room next time. Other than that, the location is excellent and so accessible.

Good location. We were staying at the top floor; no issue with traffic noise - The hotel provides earplug if you’re a light sleeper. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Pillow is hard; it boils down to personal preference.

Nice staff, super sweet and kind. Great hotel and no real issues. Clean. Friendly cleaning staff as well. Good reception. Would stay here agai!

Only thing i regretted was location, yeah its close to 7 eleven and metro and fair walking distance to tokyo station, but its located in a very local area which also has its perks but resturant staff at different places didnt really appreciate turist eating at their place. One place even told us they were closed at 19:00 with people eating inside, but that is ofc not the hotels fault, but it is related to the area. One BIG dislike was the pillows. Felt like they were filled with marbels, litteraly. Never tried that before. Was like a rough bean bag :b However this is was the only real draw back of the hotel location, close to pokemon center, team lab, etc.

Clean room, bed was comfy (pillow is filled with some large beads, so a bit odd, but not uncomfortable!), and the shampoo made my hair really soft.. Coffee and tea in the lobby for free, and other bathroom amenities like cotton swabs etc. New pyjamas every day! I used the coin laundry during my stay (500 JPY for wash&dry where detergent was automatically added, and another 200 JPY to actually get things dry). Location is less than 5 minutes to an entrance of Nihombashi station, and convenience store, a Nakau fast food, coffee shop all essentially within a block. Really excellent value - I averaged under $85/night.

This was to be expected: space s a bit tight. Don't expect to be able to open more than one suitcase at a time on the floor. Others have said it as well, the window opens to the street side, so when you open it, it's very loud. Noise didn't bother me though when I was asleep and had the window closed (and I was on the 3rd floor, so fairly close to the street).

The room, bathroom and bed were all clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised, and while small, it perfectly served my needs as a place to stay for one night. The bathroom was especially well stocked and nice. AC in the room was good and created a comfortable temperature. While initially hard to find, it's very close to Tokyo Station and thus, it's close to everything. The reception was polite and very professional despite somewhat limited English.

The pillow is filled with beads of some kind and felt incredibly hard. The room also only has a bed, fridge and dresser, so other than sitting on the bed, there's not much space to relax in. Great for sleeping in, but not much else.

Loved the whole look and feel of this hotel and the room, though small was cosy and comfortable for 1 person. Love that the surroundings were fairly quiet at night, and I was able to get a good night sleep. The tub was a fairly good size for me, and I liked that they gave free bath salts for guest to use ( though I think it's limited to 1 pack per person) and I like that the one time used items are laid out neatly in the lobby.

The subway was located a bit further than I had anticipated, and arriving from the airport meant I had to travel to a further exit where there was a lift or an escalator to reach the ground level. And though no fault of the hotel, the 7-11 across the street closing at 2300hrs was quite inconvenient since I was back late and had to go hungry.

The room is small as expected for a Japanese business hotel, but it was perfectly functional with everything you need! You even get pyjamas, clothes deodoriser spray and an iron board and iron on demand. Very clean and quiet, great amenities (free drinking hot and cold water, tea, coffee, and bathroom stuff, even mouthwash and bath salt!), great reception space. Wifi works perfectly. I had no problem with the beads pillow, but yes, it could be a problem for some. I would definitely stay at a Belken Hotel (Kanda or Tokyo) again if I come back to Tokyo.

It was a bit noisy as the hotel is JUST at the expressway entrance.. There's nothing much to see around (unless you're a Pokemon fan, then the Pokemon Centre DX is 2 minutes away by foot) Also, it's quite a walk to and from Tokyo Stn (about 10-15min)

I would like to commend the front desk staff named Tama. He was very accommodating and was able to assist us in every way possible. He went over and beyond our expectations. He patiently assisted us when we were looking to ship our luggage to Osaka and it went very smoothly. We were able to receive our luggage on time and even walked with us to the transportation office just to confirm but unfortunately it was closed when we got there. He is also fluent in both English and Japanese, which is definitely a plus that would be an asset especially for the tourists. Overall, our experience was impeccable because of the customer service and if ever we are back in Tokyo, we would definitely go back to this hotel.

The rooms were really small but manageable

Great location, close to Tokyo Station/Nihombashi station. I really liked it because it was calmer than Shinjuku, both at night and day, but also very convenient to get around, with a 7/11 around the corner. The hotel staff was very polite, the room was small (but that´s just Tokyo overall) but clean and got everything we needed for a short stay. Also, got some online shopping delivered at the reception and it was chill...just make sure to tell them beforehand.

Maybe it was our fault setting it up, but the air con just rotated from super freezing cold wind straight on to our bed (because the room was so small) to no chilling at all....as it was around 35º Celsius, it was not very comfortable. There are not sooo many options to eat at night (but there are enough), specially late night if that´s your thing. English may be a bit of a barrier for more complex stuff, but just use google translator if needed.
