The location is excellent because of fast, out-of-the-weather access to Tokyo Station via Yaechika underground shopping. It is also within an easy 10 minutes walk of Nihonbashi Station and Takashimaya Department Store. The single rooms are a little small and could do with a larger table but otherwise fine. The rooms seem well insulated for noise - one of the few hotels in which I've been able to sleep well.

The breakfast is fine for shorter stays but after 2 weeks, I was thinking some more choice would be nice. I had a complaint about the toilet not being cleaned one day and it took the use of Google Translate to get the message across but most staff have good English. I've stayed there 3 times so that was a rare occurrence.

First of all, here's the kudos to the staff and their service during my stay. They did help me to solve a lot of problems I had encountered. Also, the amenities in this hotel was EXCELLENT! They will renew every provided amenities in your room (even the slippers!). This was certainly exceed my expectation for a four-star hotel and it does surpassed a lot of five-star hotels that I had stayed before.

To be very honest, the environment was not as good as I thought. But it is very close to the Tokyo station (which is the reason why I'd booked this hotel). However, the street where the hotel was located doesn't make me feel safe to walk in night (especially for girls). At last, the location was indeed close to the station, which I am very much satisfied of.

- polite, friendly and hospitable staff (except for the maid Sunita); - clean, new rooms; - the hotel and the room have everything you need, including laundry; - good location, close to the central station Tokyo, Imperial Palace, Ginza, shops and restaurants; - good hotel, overall I liked everything

- really lacks a wardrobe and shelves for clothes; - the maid on the 12th floor Sunita is rude and impolite; - the hotel charges for calling a taxi; - there is some building construction opposite the hotel, at 6:40 in the morning the noise starts, which is very audible in some rooms; after I was moved to a far room, the problem was solved.

Best sleep with firm but comfortable bed and 2 types of pillows (1 firm for the head and 1 soft) 4. Well appointed room, spacious enough for 3. 5. Aircon, wifi, shower heater, laundry service (2nd floor) all working properly 6. Good, healthy and tasty breakfast food Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.

1. Breakfast buffet has limited selection, and menu is the same everyday. Also, last call for breakfast is at 9am so you cannot sleep in. 2. Dryer requires a long time (at least 1hr) to really dry clothes given maximum load. Suggest to use 2 dryer machines (if both are available) to split the load. 3. Housekeeping cleans our room everyday but does not vacuum under the beds. 4. We cannot find any convenience store in the streets near the hotel. Best to buy take out food/supplies already in the station.

The most strategic location in Tokyo. It is located around 3minutes away from Tokyo JR - Yaesu Central Exit. This exit brings you straight to the Shinkansen entrance and to the left and right as you walked in the station will lead you to other JR exits as well as Maronouchi’s Area. A great hotel to stay if this is your first trip to Tokyo. And hotel is very near Takashimaya which has the Ginza line station- Nihombashi. Comuting is super convenient to anywhere in Tokyo especially places around the Yamanote line. The hotel also gives.a Muji vibe and the property looks bright and new.

Nothing to comment everything is good.

Three adults stayed in one single room and one twin room. When booking, the availability was marked as "limited," so we assumed that if the hotel was that busy, our rooms might be on different floors. We didn’t make any special requests, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged for our rooms to be next to each other. We arrived at the TEKKO Building via the limousine bus from Haneda Airport. Although we had to roll our large suitcases while walking, the hotel was less than a five-minute walk away, making the journey easy. The front desk is on the second floor, with a lounge in the back that can be used for breakfast or relaxation. Our rooms were on the fifth floor, and the view was blocked by the wall of the neighboring building, meaning there was no scenic view. However, considering that hotels in NYC often have similar surroundings within clusters of buildings, it didn’t bother us. In fact, it was nice not to feel exposed to outside eyes. The room had a modern Japanese aesthetic, featuring a **wooden floor**, **walls and furniture with wood grain accents**, **curtains and lampshades with traditional Japanese patterns**, and **crisp white bed linens**. The **bathroom amenities were well-stocked and of high quality**, which was impressive. - The **hand soap** was a foaming type with a soft, clean fragrance. - The **shampoo** lathered well, and the **conditioner** was creamy, leaving hair smooth and hydrated. - The **body towel** was larger than those provided at other hotels, making it easy to wash thoroughly. The **complimentary amenities at the front desk** were extensive, including: - **Face masks** (two types: night and morning use) - **Cooling foot sheets** (available in two scents) - **Bath salts made with Okinawan sea salt** (these were amazing!) - **Overnight skincare sets** (available from **Sekkisei** and **DHC**) - **Men’s skincare sets** The towels provided were **hand towels and bath towels**, both soft and highly absorbent.

WiFi in the room was unstable and it was disappointing that outside food and drinks were not allowed in the lounge.

The hotel is in a very useful location, it was easy to find once I arrived at Tokyo Station and everything you need is nearby (delicious food places, coffee, convenience stores, train and subway stations etc). The staff were friendly. The room was extremely clean and kept clean by the staff during my stay (thank you!). It was a busy place, yet my hotel room was always quiet.

Minimal to say here. I did not have breakfast as it was a continental style breakfast. If breakfast was expanded to a cooked breakfast (western or japanese style) I think I would have paid for it.

Staff was exceptional. Shimochi-san the parking attendant started our stay off with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. She also helped us a lot with directions during out stay. Your Front desk was also very accommodating especially when we had to change rooms on our final day.

It was nice being close to the station but with my mother being transported by wheelchair not having access to Yaechika, a convenience store or a place we could stop by for a quick snack or morning coffee was a minus. That of course is my fault for not doing good research but we were happy with our choice of hotels in the end.

The location, next to JR Tokyo Station, is superb for planning your trip and traveling around Tokyo. Additionally, the hotel provides luggage deposit prior to check-in, which is excellent.

The hotel is rather small for two people, and the only available option is a double bed, which may not be the best choice for a couple staying together. Another downside is that the hotel doesn't provide shower caps, which can be frustrating for the ladies.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. The location is perfect — centrally located with easy access to major attractions and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect each morning, which really set a great tone for the day. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches in the room. The hotel provided incredibly soft and comfortable pajamas, which made relaxing after a long day feel extra special. Additionally, the personal care items were high-quality and well-stocked — from premium toiletries to small but thoughtful amenities that made our stay feel truly luxurious. The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff made our stay feel personalized and comfortable. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of — we can’t wait to return!
