We stayed at this hotel for twice during our stay in Japan, and both stays were excellent. The location of this hotel is awesome! It’s an easy 5-7 minute walk from Tokyo Station, Central Yuesa Exit, and it is also a short 8 min walk to Nihombashi Station, which we used as our primary hub for train travel. There’s a 7-11 on the corner with an international ATM, there’s a great cafe next door where you can pick up excellent coffee and sandwiches, and there’s also a large mall (Takeshimiya) which has great food amenities in addition to shopping. It’s close to a post office, Tokyo information centre, and if you are up for it, a 15-20 minute walk to Ginza for shopping (or take the train from Nihombashi is just as easy)! The amenities offered by this hotel were equally superb. We had a comfort wide twin room, with 4 twin beds, large enough for our family which included two teenage boys, and it had ensuite laundry and mini fridge. The beds were great, the room and hotel are very clean, and there’s a wonderful assortment of free light snacks and drinks offered from 1pm-10pm daily on second floor. This floor was a great spot for enjoying lunch or dinner to go. The staff were great, fluent in English which really helped us. They offered umbrellas for free, and provided skin care, cooling wipes and other simple hygiene products for use. An absolutely great experience overall, highly recommend!

This is a rock solid property!

2nd stay this trip after back from Kyoto. Left our large luggages and they stored it with care. Other things we like: - Not too far from major hub Tokyo station where we took Kyoto bullet train and to Yokohama, and most JR destinations. - about 3 minutes from Nombashi station for the Ginza lines - nice 2nd floor lounge to hang out, eat and wait for rides - quiet, calming part of town, a sanctuary from the Shinjuku, Shibuya -complimentary snacks and wine almost thru out the day - amazing shower -everything is new -provides umbrellas for rainy days But most of all, love the staff, caring and helpful and speaks good english. Special thanks to Sugato(Mari) she really made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely come back next time in Tokyo!! Thank you Karaksa :)

would be nice to have shelves or cabinets to store clothes for long stays

Location is great when it comes to train stations as short walk to Tokyo station and Nihombashi stations. Also love the fact that washing machine and dryer is in the room so I don’t need to go out and wait for my laundry like most other hotels in Japan. The snack bar area is my kids’ favourite.

They only take out trash daily. If you want room cleaned you have u inform front counter 1 day in advanced. No view from the hotel room. There is very limited food choices unless you want to pay for fine dining at Takashimaya, especially for dinner as the hotel is surrounded by office area and has office crowd. It is impossible to get into any izakaya around there without reservation

We stayed 3 nights in a quadruple room  502 with 4 single beds tatami styled. The room has a separate toilet and bathroom and a wash washine with dry There is a fridge and hair dryer. Free mineral water bottles given daily which they put inside the fridge. Free toiletries. The hotel provide free light snacks from 5pm - 9pm daily in their lounge on 2nd Floor Location is unbeatable. Just 7min walk from Yaesu Central exit Tokyo station. And 5min walk to Nihombashi Ginza Line They have international staff which speaks English and Mandarin as well.

The hotel staff are also proficient in English, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for international guests.

While there is no direct airport transfer to the hotel, the nearest airport limousine bus station is just a 7-minute walk away. Guests with heavy luggage should note that they may need to navigate a few streets to reach the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was absolutely fabulous! After long flights, the location was a huge relief—it was just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Check-in was a breeze, and we immediately felt at ease. The room itself was much larger than expected, with two extra-large king-sized beds that comfortably accommodated my husband, our two daughters (ages 12 and 8), and myself. The room also had a TV and even a projector (though we didn’t have the energy to use it, it would have been perfect for a family movie night). The spacious bathroom included a washer/dryer combo, which was an amazing bonus for our family. The hotel also provided thoughtful toiletries and heat packs, ideal for the chilly weather. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea. After a long day of travel, indulging in a hot chocolate with a side of delicious cake was a real treat. The common areas were perfect for unwinding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated how quiet the room was—despite being in a central location, we didn’t hear a sound, ensuring a peaceful and restful night. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a hotel near the main train station, this place is an absolute no-brainer. We would book it again in a heartbeat!

Nothing to fault

The location is great, walking distance from Tokyo station, through the passage. Close to subway entrances, short ride to Asakusa. Walking distance to Ginza, and some other restaurants nearby, seems like a busy offices area (many people with suits walking fast). Lawson right next to the hotel, very useful to grab snacks before heading out for the day. We took connecting rooms for a party of 5, and it was great - two bathrooms, 5 beds ("real" western beds) - very comfy. Everything feels very new and modern, despite being tight on space (as expected). Lounge in the 2nd floor was very nice, to stop mid-day for a break with some free snacks and coffee, free samples of sake, and even occasional food (pasta, salads). My kids loved sampling everything. Notice that it's on the other side of Tokyo from Shibuya, so it does take around 30 min to get from the hotel to the other side of Tokyo. But it's very easy, and that's what you do while touring Tokyo (if you stay on the other side, you'll have to take the subway to get to Asakusa, Ginza, TeamLab, etc.). Breakfast started at 7am, which for us was a bit late. With Jetlag and trying to get to places as early as possible, we were only able to use breakfast twice in our 4 night stay. It's a very nice breakfast, but for the price, I would just skip it, and grab breakfast outside of the hotel (for cheaper price).

Location was great, easy walking distance to 2 metro stops! Close to many restaurants and convenience stores, but still a bit away from the main hustle and bustle so was very quiet for such a large, busy city! Staff were wonderful, efficient, and courteous. They also spoke English very well. Breakfast was tasty. Sad that we didn’t get a chance to attend happy hour and taste sake as well (too busy sightseeing). Loved that we could store luggage before check in and after checkout out. Gave us more time to explore the city!

There was no in-room air/heat control, so was a little warm for my nephew at night (although Tokyo weather was warmer than usual for the time of year as well). Otherwise, everything was great!

Close to Tokyo station. Follow exits to Yaesu, then exit at exit 23, and then to the right when you go through the doors and you are only about 50m to the hotel (I mean Tokyo station is huge so you’re walking 700m or so). A great tip when it’s raining! Room was a quad room with 4 single beds, what we expected. Expensive for what you get but it’s central Tokyo so… Great shower. Excellent to have washer/dryer in the room. Instructions in English aren’t perfect, still had to use google translate to just get a wash cycle and then a dry cycle seperate. Free snacks were so good! Free umbrellas to use from reception, they say you can “rent” them but really they are free to use and then you have to return them. Great to leave our bags there on our check out day. Great pjs! Overall a great stay.

Stuff were supper friendly and helpful pointing us around. Super convenient location if traveling in/out of Tokyo with train. Close to the Imperial palace, subway and Ginza. There was hot drinks and some snacks in the dining area full afternoon - the kids loved the doughnuts!

As already mentioned by one of the Booking user breakfast is not huge but sufficient to kick off with the day. There is a microwave in the area as well which would make it more convenient to be in the room but didn't really bothered us at the end. Special tax by the Tokyo municipality which I was not previously aware - might have missed this one while booking!
