Good located, mostly foreigner's choice. Well organised cleaning staff, perfect timing of chill hours.

Be sure of your room choice criteria ( no window, square meter vs vs.. )

The bed was comfy. Location was great. Pastries in the morning are awesome and the coffee is great. Free water bottles was also most welcoming.

The first room we got smelled of cigarettes so we asked to move. The second room was also a bit smelly but we figured it was manageable. The pillows could do a refresh. One was too soft and small, and the other was very hard with some strange stuffing. Better bring your own pillow.

The front desk staff is professional and friendly, and conversing with them in English poses no significant challenge. Daily room cleaning service is perfect. The accommodation is clean, serene, and sufficiently spacious for two occupants. Between a similar price range, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku would be my top preference.

The distance from the subway station is quite far, and walking there in this scorching weather is unbearable.

The type wasn't typical japan hotel, the vibe was very global travellers friendly. The room was very clean. Most of the staff spoke English quite well and super friendly. They had konbini Mybasket right next to the building, another option for familymart/lawson also around 50 meters nearby. The free flow donut and coffee-tea were something that my kids looking forward to, especially when we reached back to the hotel in the evening everyday. The heater at lobby hotel also a bonus point during winter. Aircon/heater works very well in each room. We booked room with 3 beds, surprisingly 4 of us fit just in the 2 main beds (we are asians btw) the third bed was considered bonus extra space.

The elevator sometimes dirty. But the rest no issue. No complaint.

Quite hotel not far from the busy shinjuku with many restaurants and pub. Love the ambiance of the hotel, nice staff, nice bedroom with tub, not far from subway station and jr station. I'll definitely comeback again. Thanks for everything!

Nothing

Right in the middle of Shinjuku, the hotel really did make our stay in Tokyo pleasant. A big surprise was the complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee as well as the free drinks in the evening. The hotel did even let us check in a little bit earlier than 3PM as we had afternoon plans and wanted to drop our stuff and freshen up before going out. Big plus for me personally was the soundproofing. Even though our room window looked over the busy street, at night we were not interrupted by any outside noise. Also the pyjamas provided were so good.

If I am being absolutely nitpicky, perhaps there could've been tea provided in the room, along with coffee, but other thank that, nothing comes to mind to be honest.

facilities: quite good and mordern. room: cleaness. location: it is quite far from shinjuku station and the main shopping area, about 30 minutes for walking, but it near kabukicho and golden gai where have many restaurants. so when you need to go by train, it is quite take your time a lots. the best service of hotel is drink time: free coffee from the morning to 9pm, free drink such as soft drink and alcohol from 5pm-9pm, and some cakes for the breakfast. It is free. I think this is a good point for attracting the customers. laundry machines, ice machine, microwave, and vending machines are also available for using anytime. that why I come back for staying again! this is the second review.

room: small, the bed for double room just about 1m4, it is not comfortable for 2 persons

The location was perfect, just far enough away from the madness but close enough to have access to everything. 7-Eleven and Family Mart super close and small supermarket next door. The small free breakfast and coffee in the morning just enough to get you on your way each day. The beds were really comfortable and facilities (laundry, ice machine, complimentary water) were so handy. The free drinks every evening were so nice, I think they went for 3hrs, great for relaxing and getting ready to go out for the evening. Subway close and JR line 10-15 minute walk away. Great vibe, a little run down but still feels great.

A little run down, I knew the room was small but it was even small then I thought, it was fine though as we spent little to no time here. Not much room for large luggage items.

- The location is convenient, walking distance to train station. Many convenient stores around (7-11, family mart, lawson, aeon). - Price is consider good around the neighborhood. - Breakfast is served early (free) with coffee, juice, cereal and pastries. - Additional toiletries available at front desk at all time. - Luggage storage service available foc if less than a day, and at reasonable price if longer than that.

- Room size a bit small for 3 beds, struggling a bit to pack. - Bathroom a bit lightweight with some kind of odour. - The room a bit dark, no view. It was just white wall right outside of the window.

Hotel was clean, spacious, reception all spoke English very well. They even helped us call a taxi on our last day as we had a lot of luggage. The room we got was a good size for 2 people, plus luggage and bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Laundry was convenient with english instructions for foreigners and the room was brighter than I had expected from the photos.

No complaints really, but if you're using the train to get to this hotel, keep in mind there is about 6-7min walk to Higashi-Shinjuku station or roughly 8-9min the other way to Shinjuku-sanchome station (exit E1).
