Clean. Great location. Very close to the subway station. No smell. Bed linen was super clean and dry. The view from my room was great. No building blocking my window. Bathroom has a bath.

Room was smaller than the picture. I expected to work at the desk in the room but it was too small to put my laptop on it and work more than an hour. A/C was noisy though it works well. WIFI doesn't have a password, which is not good for security.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a bit small but nice. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is perfect. The ladies at front office are very nice, one japanese lady especially was super kind, polite and helpful. Even if she didn’t speak perfectly english, her efforts are much appreciated. The guy at the breakfast is also very nice and kind. Those 2 have a special mention: “amazing”. The others are almost all nice too. The breakfast is simple but good and in a nice and warm place. Honestly we felt almost like home. Thanks

The air conditioning is sometimes stopping by himself or going back to 20 degrees.

We chose the Best Western Fino Akasaka mainly for the location. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoyed the many restaurants and coffee shops. You are a block away from the Akasaka Mitsue Station which is extremely convenient as the Ginza and Marunouchi metro trains pass through. It takes only 12 minutes to reach the center of Ginza and in the other direction Shibuya. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable. I would suggest booking a room with 2 twin beds as it is larger. If you have large pieces of luggage the room size may be an issue. We did have the buffet breakfast once and it was good. The staff spoke English and were helpful in arranging to send our luggage to Osaka. Having a coin laundry was a plus.

There is only one small elevator so expect to wait especially at breakfast and at check out time. This is the only hotel that we stayed in over several trips that did not provide bottled water. Also all the other hotels that we stayed in on this trip provided complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. An issue came up when I lost my room keycard. Since the notice said a charge would be levied for a replacement keycard I did not ask for one as we used my husband's keycard. Upon checkout I was charged for losing my key and not returning it. I argued in vain that the keycard was not replaced and oftentimes you do not even return the keycard. In the end I paid.

Surprisingly super good location, it’s only 5 mins walk to two metro stations, and only a few stops with no transfer needed to get to many popular city areas. The hotel is sitting in a block full of restaurants, so convenient. Staff are friendly as well. Room is a bit small but very clean.

We were given room 1101 which is right beside the elevator, it is a bit noisy as we can hear the noise of elevator moving all the time. Don’t think this room should exist given the noise. Overall we were happy with our experience and we talked about booking again when we visit Tokyo next time. However we will definitely ask for a quiet room away from elevator :)

Very comfortable hotel. The location was fantastic- 2 min walk from the metro station and a 15-20 min walk from some of the attractions. The size of the room was comfortable enough (we got the superior to have a bit more space) and we loved the view from the room. It was also great having a convenient store just downstairs- we got our breakfast there for 2-3€ every morning instead of spending 15€ at the hotel.

They closed down the laundry mid day without previous notice - we came back to the hotel mid day on purpose to make the laundry, just to find out it was closed for the rest of the day. It just would have been nice to have a notice of that the day before.

Very well situated in the heart of Akasaka. The metro station is literally 5 minutes away had had major connections including the Ginza line. The area has great cafes and restaurants. Just next to the hotel is a shabu shabu restaurant which we loved. The hotel is quite simple and the rooms are small but not smaller than average hotels in Tokyo. The staff was lovely and cleaning services were available everyday, we would always come back to a tidy room at the end of the day. The room is well equipped with tv, mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. You’ll find free toiletries at the reception.

Everything was great but for the price I expected a bigger room. Our luggage took a lot of space and made it feel even smaller.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room. I saw many feedbacks that in the room you could hear all the neighbors but we didn't have this problem, it was very quiet. Staff I the restaurant is very friendly and helpful.

We (me and my daughter 5y.o) arrived to the hotel earlier than 3 pm, due to our flight, normally all around the world if a hotel has available room they provide early complimentary check in, but at reception lady asked to pay for it. I understand that the rule is check in at 3pm, but as I mentioned normally it's not a problem. Other staff at reception wasn't very friendly and helpful as well.

The location was excellent. The hotel is between a range of train stations and metro lines. This made getting around Tokyo easy due to the central location. The hotel is surrounded by a range of convenience stores, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good quality. A good range of hot and cold food and drink was provided. The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean.

There was only one elevator which could be used for the room levels. This could result in waiting for the elevator during busy time periods, such as check-in and breakfast.

Good location near 2 metro lines. Short ride to Ginza, tokyo, shibuya and shinjuku. Area has lots of eateries but nothing to shop. Marts like aeon and don quijote are available. Staff was helpful. Clean rooms. Rooms are considered spacious in Tokyo. Room has good sound proofing unlike what some travelers stated. Only voices along common walkway could be heard, which is pretty common in hotels.

Nothing. Will be great if coffee and tea machines can be provided complimentary to customers staying in hotel like many hotels in Japan.

Akasaka is a great area to stay if you're visitingTokyo for the first time. There are several subway lines nearby and many restaurants and cafes for all budgets. The Best Western is in the middle of it all. It's quiet, clean, modern, everything works, and the beds are comfortable. Rooms are small -this is Tokyo after all- but not so small that you can't move around. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but an equivalent breakfast at Starbucks was cheaper.

Nothing in particular.
