The location and area around hotel, a mini version of Shibuya without the crowds. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus very close to two metro stations Great shower, room is small but fine for one person, it is still very cost effective to have a room each of you in this great location. Breakfast is basic but it was more than a enough to start the day

Absolutely nothing, I would stay here again

The location is unbeatable, a few minute walk to 2 subway stations and the area is cute with narrow streets and lower buildings, lively with after work professional crowd. We had everything we needed for a 5-day stay: decent size room, great shower and tub, and somehow the simple continental breakfast was just right for me: different selection of fresh pastries and rolls every day (use the toaster to heat them up), some OJ and coffee. The staff was super friendly and helped us with calling cabs.

The hotel is a bit dated by now, but they are gradually renovating (a whole floor was under renovation while we were there in Nov 2023). Obviously for this price there were no facilities (no gym, onsen, restaurant), but it didn't bother us.

Beautiful room, clean, comfy huge bed, perfect location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the complimentary packs of bath salts, the foot massager in the room and the daily free water bottles.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dark and one bulb was not working, and there were no plugs next to the bed.

Excellent location for exploring Tokyo by subway, as Akasaka-Mitsuke station is nearby and very well connected in the train network. Loads of good food options up and down the street. Breakfast is Western style only and must be consumed in the hotel room - but we were happy with what was offered and with quality. Everything clean in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bar on the ground floor of the building, but we did not hear any noise in our rooms that were on the 5th and 7th floor. As two adults with two kids, we booked two separate rooms for our first stay at this hotel. We went on to Western Honshu, and after that we came back. For this second stay, we booked a larger room for the four of us. Advantages: more space, foot-massage device, larger bathroom.

The staff was very polite, they helped us with everything we asked for, and last but not least, they were very nice people overall. The room was very clean and nice. You have 24h coffee, water and tea if you want

I dont have so many downsides, its not nessecary a bad thing but we got to many towels, so we could not use it almost before we got a new one, so you dont have to worry about beeing clean

As two adults with two kids, we booked two rooms. Room are rather small - which is standard in Tokyo if you are looking for hotels in this price range.

Super nearby the subway that connects with many important places like tokyo station, ginza, shibuya, ikebukuro etc! Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and they provide a lot of different amenities which i like! free (small) breakfast was a nice touch as well as complimentary water (stay hydrated!)

The room was small so it wouldn't fit too many luggage inside however for me it wasn't a major problem. It may be a little bit noisy outside as i was facing the street but it wasn't a major issue.

We felt the breakfast was pretty meagre and having to eat in your room as there is no dinning area was a hassle. Especially give that our room didn't have enough space for us, let alone an eating area. And we weren't much pleased to discover the room rate near doubles for the weekends.

The staff was super helpful and attentive. The hotel is clean and neat. When I declined the daily room cleaning, new towels and sleeping robes were placed in front of the door, waiting for me. Breakfast included a variety of quality bread. Coffee, juices, and water provided. Chilled water bottles are available 24hrs in the lobby. I always grabbed 1 on my way out and 2 on the way in. It is a couple of minute walk to the Akasaka station, very accessible.

I like everything about this place.

The price I paid was really good. Location was great, only like a two minute walk from the train station. Lots of food options around. Also close to 7-Eleven and Family Mart. Bathroom and bidet were nice, too. They supplied me with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brush, and a bunch of other stuff. Lobby provided free water and breakfast in the morning.

Only had a couple gripes. There was one outlet, couldn't power my laptop and charge my phone at the same time. Secondly, all the cabinets already had stuff in them so I couldn't really organize my luggage.
