Great location in Tokyo. Very close to 2 subway stations. Everything is accessible from here.

The room is relatively small. If you're traveling with two people and luggage, it could be very difficult to spread out adequately. The bed is too short. I am 180cm tall, and my feet hang off the end of the bed.

Everything about the property was amazing. From the location, to the bed, daily cleaning & water/ice dispenser.

The sink was the only issue, since it’s outside the washroom area, and the design of the sink, water tends to splash outside the sink and onto the counters where non-washroom items are placed. But not a big issue.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a 10-minute walk to three different train stations. They were only a few stops from Shibuya and other main attractions. The area feels safe, with lots of office workers eating and drinking after work. There were also security guards standing outside drinking places in the evenings. The rooms are typical Tokyo size, but since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t an issue. For reference we booked the Queen room. The room was clean, and the cafe served good food until late. I also recommend the hotel’s tour—it’s definitely worth it. While the hotel doesn’t do luggage delivery, they helped us complete the forms to drop our bags at the nearby 7-11. Most of the staff speaks good English as well. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and overall experience!

For Tokyo, this was a spacious room in one of the best locations in the whole city. Great beds, great cleaning service and very quiet yet in the heart of the city.

It wasn’t totally cleaned properly, the top of the TV was very dusty but it’s not that big of a deal.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable, great staff. Enjoyed the early bird walking tour as well. Located right in the fun area of Akasaka. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Being American it did feel very small, but to be expected knowing we were in Tokyo. The photos online made it seem bigger. It was very quiet which was a nice retreat from the busyness of Tokyo, and other guests seemed like good people. I really wanted this hotel due to location and reputation. We tried hard to get it because it was largely sold out, I wasn't disappointed.

Washer and dryer were highly occupied, and seemed underpowered. It was a lot of work to do laundry. Also, the attached cafe opened what felt like too late for supplying coffee, found myself getting coffee at 7-11 because I couldn't wait around for them to open. But honestly, those are my only critiques, it was a great stay!

Location is superb with many good food options around. Walking distance to both train stations were easy and simple, going past numerous useful stores. Easy to grab a taxi as well. Thoroughly recommended. Stayed with family comprising of 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9yrs), booking 2 rooms. Staff were friendly and overall a pleasant experience I would visit and stay here again.

Rooms a bit compact but, given the location still alright and manageable. TV didn't have satellite or english channels. The vaccum sealed coffee packs were a nice touch, but a bit impractical as once open it spills easily everywhere. Very little things we 'didn't like' given an overall positive and happy experience. There was a terrible shabu-shabu place Akasaka Edozakura - DO NOT eat there. It's like 10,000 yen for rubbish shabu set from English menu. Top sushi or steak meals are half that price btw.

Clean, modern, excellent location

We’ve stayed in this area before and specifically chose to stay in the area again : great food; close to metro station and excellent bars. This hotel was modern. Staff were friendly and it was well located. It was extremely fresh and clean. But give me a free coffee in the morning and I’d rate you 10/10 !!

The hotel was modern but what was included in the price was very basic when compared to other city hotels. The room was very small : just two people and two cases were a very tight squeeze in the room. Amenities provided were basic and anything else was at cost. For instance, tea/coffee was limited to sachets of powdered green tea only.

I absolutely loved the location in Akasaka. It was within walking distance to two train stations and there were a lot of dining and drinking options nearby. The staff were very kind. While I expected the room to be small because the size is indicated in the Booking app, i was pleasantly surprised that they had a separate toilet and bath, and that the shower/bath area was spacious enough. The cafe downstairs also had very good coffee. I highly recommend for you to stay here if you want something affordable.

The bedroom was small but I expected that because I always check the room size before booking the room. The room is very affordable so the small size was to be expected anyway.
