I only needed a place to sleep, and was very happy to discover the extra benefits like a drink bar and discount from a local restaurant. It was very easy to find from the station, too.

The room was a little tight, but since I only needed a place to stay, it served that purpose well.

It’s really convenient location to go to Disney Resort by bus and it’s like 1 min away. And you have convenient store nearby. Even McDonald’s and kfc as well. Best part is there is washing machine and dryer available to pay per use. Plus point free one hour with all types of drinks like alcohol and other beverage. Really good.

If you wish to have a big space then it’s not for you. The room space is efficient and sufficient. There is not really much spare space to move around. If you have more than 3 luggage then basically it’s not easy to load. For us with 2 person is good enough.

I'd say it's what you'd expect from a good hotel in Japan. The staff was pretty polite and helpful, everything was very clean and the room had everything I needed. It is also very close to a nice range of restaurants, to convenience stores and to public transport. If you're planning on going to Disney, this is a great choice and I also highly recommend you visit Urayasu City Folk Museum, which is around 30/40min by bus from the hotel.

The staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. The bed was soft. My favourite part was free alcohol for an hour each day between 3-10pm. I was able to see a bit of DisneySea and DisneyLand from my hotel window. The hotel is very close to a metro and bus station. There is a bus within walking distance that goes to DisneySea and DisneyLand and only take 20-30 minutes to reach its destination.

The room was quite small.

Clean, comfy, great location if visiting Disneyland and DisneySea as the bus stop is only 1 min walk away. We could even see the Disney castle and the volcano at DisneySea from our window. Staff were helpful and polite. The free drinks each night were a nice touch. It was also close by to a great 2nd hand clothing shop and we got many good quality buys!

Couldn’t fault the stay.

Few steps from the Bus station, where you can catch the bus from/to Haneda International Airport. Mc Donald, KFC, 7 eleven, and lots of local groceries in the surrounding area. A/C is fantastic!

It didn’t have an exhaust in the tiniest bathroom ever;) you have maneuver well to get in and out so you don’t get stuck between the toilet bowl and the bathroom door. Bed is rock hard, what can I say, I’m used to Japanese hard beds but this one is firmer. had to use the duvets cover to add cushioning for my 9year old’s bed.

Great location for Disneyland or Disneysea. A bus leaves from the bus station about 150m from the hotel. It cost 320 yen each way and takes 15-20 mins. Fantastic! It is actually as easy as staying at a Disney resort and getting their buses, and saved us a fortune. Clean room, bed very hard and not comfortable. They only gave us 1 pillow each, we had to go and ask for another. Apart from that a small room with a small double bed, but this was as expected for the price. Very clean, newly refurbished and great central location with lots of shops and food outlets around you. We had a late night so paid for another day to get an evening check out. Cafe area downstairs had free coffee machine in it and a place to eat. It was often busy so I did not really use it. They also offered breakfast. There is a McDonalds and lots of other food options 2 mins from the hotel so we ate from there.

The hotel is near to the station but not too near so there was no problem with noise from the surroundings. Overall i think the room was clean and i had no problem resting comfortably. Also my bed was big and very comfy.

As i entered the room, there was a strange smell (it's not a cigarette smell but it's not really a pleasant smell). Maybe putting an air freshener is something to consider.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast bar has a wide range of food and coffee is hot all day. The location is just a few blocks from both a bus hub and a subway stop.

The rooms are really small with minimal storage. It suited me perfectly as I spent most of my time out of the room.

They had free drinks available at certain hours which was amazing. Location was fantastic.

Room was a bit small so if you have 2 suitcases you will struggle with room but then that’s the standard for most Tokyo hotels, we still managed okay.
