Very convenient location, 5 mins walk to the station. Using the airport limousine bus service, it’s only 1 station ride away from the dropoff location at Kasai Station. The free shuttle to and from disneyland/disneysea (JR Maihama Station) was super convenient and ontime. Check in with the dinosaur robot was not only cute, but also quick and hassle free. No issues at all. Lots of option to eat nearby. Many convenience stores nearby as well (Lawson, 7-eleven, Familymart) and everything is within 3-5 minutes walking distance so it was fun to shop at different places every night for breakfast the next day.

nothing:) everything was just as I expected. Fuss free and convenient. If anything, maybe provide larger size of the pyjamas :)

The hotel is great, the rooms are nice, modern, very clean and for Japan they are surprisingly spacious. The talking dinosaurs at reception are a great gimmick. The hotel is in a great little town, lots of restaurants, bars and shops, but isn’t busy like most of Tokyo, lots of locals and very clean.

The beds are very hard, so if you like a soft bed this might be an issue. The site claims to be near to Disney Tokyo but it’s actually very difficult to get there by train or bus. The hotel offers a shuttle bus but it’s only for 15 people at a time and comes on a first come first serve basis and on our second day there we were not able to get on the bus even though we arrived at the reception 35 minutes prior to it arriving, so we had to walk to the train station and catch a train that took almost an hour. The location also isn’t great for getting to the airports, so although this hotel is lovely its location lets it down.

Hotel is around 4-6mins walking distance to Nishikasai Station. Very easy to locate. Everything is well furnished and clean. The dinosaur at the lobby surely an interesting approach. My toddler was so excited to see the dinos. The male staff on standby at the reception also very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus driver is also very kind to let us in eventho the bus is full (sitting at the back surely was so fun). Lots of convenience stores surrounding the area. We also went to the small park (5minutes walk) from Nishikasai Station while waiting for check in time. I love everything about my stay.

Room size is very small for us (2 adults + 1 toddler) with 2 luggages. But it’s understandable in Japan, space is luxury 😂 Overall, it is worth with the price we pay.

The hotel is close to Nishi-Kasai Station, with easy access to other areas of Tokyo, but the area around it is quiet and has relatively low traffic. The dinosaurs area adorable (they were dressed up for Halloween when we stayed) and the check-in process is quick and easy. There are two washer/dryers you can use, though they are slightly pricier than other hotels we stayed, which is nice if you're staying here a little farther into your trip and have a bit of laundry to do. The staff was kind and helpful, and accommodating. My husband's ankle was bothering him and we needed something to elevate it with, asked the staff if we could have an extra pillow. They weren't able to give us pillows but the gentleman that helped me offered us extra towels instead which was perfect, and was a huge relief since we had a lot of walking planned the days we stayed here. There's a Curry House Coco down the street, and a Little Mermaid bakery at Nishi-Kasai station - both I'd highly recommend. Lawson and FamilyMart are close by as well. Oh, there's also a couple pressed coin machines in the lobby with the dinosaurs on them!!

We didn't have an opportunity to use the Disney shuttle bus. Even getting to the lobby a little before they start handing out tickets isn't enough. I'd honestly recommend getting down there an hour before they start handing out the vouchers to have a higher chance of getting one. But, if you're not able to get on the shuttle, the to/from Disneyland/DisneySea isn't bad at all - at Kasai station just look for the long line at one of the farther away bus stops, then at Disneyland/DisneySea just make sure to pay attention to the bus stop you get off or ask the staff for whichever stop you need if you get turned around after being out in the heat all day.

location on convenient with 3 convivence store around the hotel. The train station was 3 min walk. there is a supermarket 5 min walk from there with DAISO, Seria and Don quijote close by if you like to shop for bargains and household items, they are great discount stores. Hotel has breakfast provided every morning with unlimited coffee, corn and miso soup throughout the day and night.

Laundry mat took more 100 yen coins and didn't return so be careful not to accidently add to much.

If i come again to Nishi Kasai area, I will definitely stay here again! The room is still in the expected square feet (Japan is known good in utilising their spaces). Convenient stores also just a walk from the hotel. Very good location. They replace your towels everyday even if you didnt ask for.

All good except for they have limited iron for me to ironing my clothes because there is another room has booked the iron for the whole week, which is quite nonsense why the hotel allow this. However in the room, there is a steam closet.

Such a cool experience especially with kids. Location is great with loads of restaurants and of course 7/11. Train station is a 4 min walk.

Rooms and bed are tiny but that's to be expected in Tokyo. It was a little too squishy for 2 adults 1 6 year old in a standard room (one double bed). With our big backpacks as well we could hardly move. But we should have booked a bigger room. I didn't realize there were rooms with dinosaurs in them. I'd recommended those if with kids for sure!

Great location just 5 mins walk from Nishikasai station. Lots of convenience store too around the area so you wouldn’t worry grabbing something to ear or even some essentials. Our room is very clean and well maintained. Very hard to fault it. Can’t complain about the room size coz its quite common especially in Tokyo but all your needs are there. Breakfast staff are nice and friendly too. We would gladly stay again next time!

Shuttle bus is small and tickets are given out 30 minutes before the scheduled ride and are limited to about 16-18 people max, so there was always a fear of not getting a seat if you did not come to wait in line early enough. You have to wait in the small lobby which gets very crowded especially when there are other guest in there waiting for other things, like for check- in or check-out, adding to the confusion of who is actually in line for the tickets. There were only five people in line in front of us, so we thought we were safe. However, they all took at least 2 or more tickets for their groups (one took 5!). They should require all persons who want a ride to get up early and wait in the line and not allow just one person to receive any amount of tickets. That seemed unfair to me.

The rooms were clean and kept up daily. Big surprise to see the robotic dinosaurs at the front desk, Very cool! Very close to main subway that takes you to tokyo and the airport both a straight shot. As well as being close to many restaurants and convenient stores the prefecture Nishi-kasai where this hotel is located has much to offer with nearby parks and see the tokyo skyline from the water. I was able to get tickets for a week and with a friend got a very good deal, not to mention it being last minute. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking to truly experience tokyo and all the beautiful country Japan has to offer.
