An old classic hotel with very spacious rooms for Tokyo. The hotel has good facilities, the breakfast was also good. The staff was always organized and helpful.

keep in mind that the hotel is far from the center of Tokyo. You can use the Tozai line to go directly, but it still takes tame. It is a nice budget option with spacious rooms though.

Hotel breakfast is good. Good location and easy to take public transport from the hotel.

The room is way too small, room there that is meant for 2 people is only suitable for 1 person. Bed is too small for 2 people and hence it is uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Toilet is way too small, towels easily drop into the toilet bowl. Hence, work can be done to increase the size of the room so as to increase comfort, safety and hygiene of the hotel.

I like that the location is very accessible. It is very near the train and convenience stores. There is also GU and ABC store 7 minutes away from the location of the hotel. The staff are also very nice and they clean our room everyday.

The room is quite small which I think is pretty common to hotels in japan. Though the food is nice, the restaurant serves the same food everyday. We got the breakfast buffet for 9 days and got the same food everyday. Hope they could change the menu every other day.

Good clean comfortable rooms. and they were pretty big too ! (considering the fact that Tokyo has very small Airbnb rooms). it's a easy 5 min walk to Nishi Kasai subway station. handful of restaurants and stores are also there within walking distance. We took the 72 hour subway pass from Tokyo station and hence it was easy to travel within Tokyo. We went to Skytree, Shibuya , Disney etc. The subway doesn't connect to Disney however. you have to take the train to Kasai station, and then take the shuttle seven bus for which you have to pay 320 yen in cash. Good staff. they gave us umbrellas on rent for our trip to Disney as it was raining the entire day.

The staff were so polite and helped us ship our luggage so that we wouldn’t have to carry it. They even kept it for us. The cleaning staff was also wonderful and considerate. The room was cozy and we had the necessities. For the price I think it was great.

The room had a slight cigarette smell but it wasn’t too bad. Also, I don’t think that you could control the thermostat in the room as I tried to but the lowest stayed at 18C. It would have been nice to be able to control the temperature.

The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest station and it is about 30 minutes train ride to Shibuya/ Shinjuku, which I think is really good value for money. Comfort, cleanliness and amenities wise are all good.

The alley is abit narrow with limited space to store my luggage. The chair in the room is hence abit of a hindrance to the path. Moreover, I feel like the plugs location may not be ideal (on the wall beside the bed), which isn’t a big issue but if your cable isn’t long enough, your device will be left hanging.

I liked the balance of affordability and proximity to Disney Tokyo. Only 35 minutes of trains and busses, and very near the train station. Check in was on time and the room was carefully cleaned. The small chiller portion of the mini fridge successfully froze things.

The rooms are pretty old and in need of an update. There was a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom, and we had to be careful about it.

The staff was extremely kind and provided us assistance with a phone call when we didn’t have a Japanese phone number and urgently needed assistance with the car rental booking. The downsides were a relatively small room for two and staying in a smoking room / floor (maybe you can ask for a non smoking one), but the staff and service provided to us was great!
