The staff were very nice and approachable, they do speak very well English and Japanese, this made the check in processes easier. And there’s no procedure I checking out, so I can just leave at anytime especially my flight was early in the morning. They provided body shampoo, clean toilet, washing machine and dryer to use, which is very convenient. Love it
The flooring can be improved, they can consider some carpet/thick PVC floor tiles to cancel the noise of luggage dragging. Because at night, some people will be sleeping, some people will be packing their luggage, and the friction on the luggage with the rough floor made a loud noise, I am afraid that it might be disturbing for some people.

The staff were extremely friendly, in both hospitality for food and our rooming. They allowed us to leave our bags with them prior to checking in and after checking out, and we were clearly very invested in providing a great customer experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were well fitted with bedding, curtains for privacy, and charging equipment for phones. Multiple lounge areas that served as good meeting spots for fellow travelers, and a kitchen that provided food throughout the day, all of which were delicious. Hosting live events and pinned in the heart of Asakusabashi, I can not recommend this place enough!!

the rooms have been really nice and the staff was super friendly, I felt very comfortable here ☺️ I would definitely come back here !
sometimes the alarm of the door lock went off when someone entered or left, which can be very annoying especially at night when it wakes you up a couple of times.

I like the groups of staff in Little Japan. They are kind and passionate to greet and chat with me. Furthermore, the beverage here is also delicious. In conclusion, Little Japan is a cheap and cheerful hostel. If I have a chance, I will visit here again.
There are rare things I don't like here. Just the shower ring in the bathroom is a little loose, I'm afraid that wouldn't hold on the hand shower tightly, and then the distance to every station is a little far, if encounter the raining, it may cause some inconvenience, all in all.

very friendly staff. cafe has limited lunch service by our side staff, and it was very good Japanese meal.
just bit cold when weather is very cold as this building is very old and build by concrete for factory originally. on the corner of the building has trash port, and homeless guy collecting cans sometime and it's makes noise.

Lovely quiet hostel, with a cafe down stairs, clean showers with free shampoo and conditioner, extremely comfortable beds. Great staff, even helped me go to buy paracetamol when I wasn't feeling well. 10 minute walk from the train station.
The curtain rail wasn't great on my bed space so let a lot of light in, only complaint!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It has nearly everything one would need from a washer and dryer to an electric oven if you fancy cooking. The location was perfect in Asakusabashi, and grants a lot of close access to the big tourist spots of Tokyo.
I didn't find the pillows to be that comfortable, the bed itself was fine though.

When we want to sent our luggage to the resort, staff is really nice and answer all the question we face. They will update me when the luggage arrive their hotel also👍 Staff really nice and helpful. They help us carry our luggage bag to 3rd floor.
But we only have 1 bathroom in 3rd floor and need to share it. Room abit small

everything perfect, the staffs are kind! the place is very local, the diversity of people from different parts of the world is incredible and the vomidas sold there are wonderful
only the place to put the luggage (under the bed) should be cleaned more often, many guests do not bother to cooperate so, I think it would be necessary to double this observation
