This hotel is a great choice for those who wish to be close to all the touristy areas in Tokyo. It is one stop away from the main Yamanote line which makes accessing popular areas very easy. The hotel was compact but had everything needed. It was clean to a high standard. Amenities were available in the reception area. From Narita airport, it takes a little over one hour to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. Bag storage before and after check-out was very helpful. There is a lovely rooftop view in this hotel.

Our room was located right in front of the elevator and unfortunately we could hear a lot of other guests early in the morning and late at night. The compact double room is suitable for 2 people, although do be aware it is quite close quarters. Perhaps better for a stay under 3 nights.

I stayed here with my mom and absolutely loved the hotel. We had heard that Tokyo hotels are typically small and the beds might not be as comfortable. However, our room was spacious and we had enough space to open two big suitcases. The room was absolutely spotless. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and had a decent variety. It’s only a few minutes walk from Asakusabashi metro station and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back here!

My only complaint is that the pillow was a bit smaller and flatter than your standard pillow.

Very nice and quiet hotel, a little bit further from the centre of Tokyo, but 2 minutes walk from a metro station and 15 minutes walk to a different subway line - which was super convenient for us, as we tried to avoid the hassle of changing the lines in Tokyo subway. And, if you don't mind walking, (we don't) it's 30-40 minutes walking distance to Asakusa area (with the shrine, shopping , tourists and cool vibe). Breakfast choice was quite good; the "japanese" part of it especially - noodles, soups, salads, different varieties of tofu.. But the western part of the breakfast menu, for less adventurous tourists, was also good - yogurt, cereal, croissants and more. I would stay there again if I ever come back to Japan. Room was clean (goes without doubt in Japan), comfortable and surprisingly slightly larger than we expected, reading all the reviews about Japanese hotels small rooms

Breakfast was a delicious buffet with both western and japanese style cusine.. Location was just a short 5 to 8 mins walk from the metro/train station depending on the exit. The twin bed was both big and comfortable enough.

If booking a 3 person into the usual twin room which they do offer, there is barely any walk space for you to open your luggage. You might need to open it on the bed or bring the small size luggage, please take note. Bathtub was too small for me(177 cm height) but there is an public bath (Sento) nearby that they can show you the directions to.

The place is convenient. It's very close to the underground and JR line stations. The staff is always trying their best to help. They provide free luggage storage service, which makes our daily route in the city much easier without the heavy luggage's.

We lived on 5th floor in November. The weather is a bit cold, which causes the air conditioners running in a higher level. The ventilation fan is just outside our floor and it generates a constant bumping noise like a running washing machine or tumble drying machine. We can even hear it in the corridor. It was confirmed by one of the staffs and he apologised for that. With the same price, we can get a studio in another MONday hotel in the other location in Tokyo. But I can understand that it's about the location.

The location is great, few minutes away from JR and Metro stations. The staff was very helpful, even when we had to upgrade our room as the booked one was too small for 3 people, or when we needed to book a car to go to the airport. We tried also the breakfast - amazing! Enjoy the night view from the rooftop!

Please extend the late check out time. We where able to pay 2 hrs till 12, but traveling with someone with walking issue, would have been great to be able to stay there a bit more. Yet we were able to leave our luggage there for the whole day.

The location was amazing- within walking distance of a lot of sites, including akihabara, Ueno Park, and Senso-ji temple. The breakfast starting at 6:30 was much appreciated since most restaurants don’t open until 9 at the earliest and we wanted to get early starts to our day. They also stored our luggage after checkout for no additional cost.

The only thing for us is having additional pillows would have been appreciated. As Americans were used to 2-3 pillows and they had only 1. In fairness, we also didn’t ask for any extra so they may have happily accommodated us had we asked.

I stayed at Hotel MONday for my first week in. Tokyo. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly upon arrival. The location was really great and close to the subway station so it was very easy and simple to get around. Amenities are provided in the hotel lobby and the breakfast buffet was really yummy :) Just be aware that as expected the room are very tiny so it's a bit. challenging to manoeuvre luggage but I we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping.

Very convenient place with a short walk to train station and many eateries and convenient stores. The room is very clean and looks pretty new. The shower water comes strong and drains well, you can have a nice shower. Staff are very nice, polite and helpful! The laundrette is also a big help. I would like to come back in the future.

The room is quite small, but I think that's normal in Tokyo. The mattress is too soft and the pillow is too soft and low.

Very convenient location, some 5 minute walk from 2 subway lines. The staff were friendly and very helpful. 3 beds were provided for our group of 3. Only hotel we have stayed in that had youtube app on their tv. Breakfast was good and filling (although it was the same for the rest of our stay) The hotel is nearby plenty of convenience store and supermarkets and its only one station away from akihabara. Make sure to put up the "Make up" room sign to have the room cleaned up and get the free water bottles, else only the bathroom towels will be changed and have to ask the water bottles from the front desk
