They were really kind. I arrived one day late due to a flight cancellation and they didn’t charge me the night. It’s really conveniently located, breakfast offered as a courtesy.

The bathroom is almost like in a plane but the room was spacious enough.

This hotel is very close to Shinagawa station, which was very welcome after a long flight then train ride from Narita Airport. It is very convenient for the Shinkansen train also. It served its purpose well.

The hotel is non smoking but there was a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridor. It wasn’t a problem as we only stayed for one night. The breakfast options were very limited (unless you like eating lunch and dinner foods for breakfast) but it was “free”. The pastries and coffee were all we needed.

Location is very good, close to Shinagawa Station, with restaurants, 7-eleven, food court and a large 110 yen store nearby. It has free of charge lockers for storing luggage after check out.

The twin bed room is small but it still includes a desk, 2 chairs and a tea table. I like that it has a big window sill where I can put and lay open a large suitcase.

Located right in front of Shinagawa Station. Very convenient for both Shinkansen (bullet trains) and Haneda Airport (domestic and international flights).

I wish they served Japanese breakfast even if it is only white rice, miso soup, and seaweed. In-room fridge made a lot of noise, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep.

Location is great as it is a 5-min walk across from Shinagawa train station (JR). We chose to stay here mainly for this reason. As Haneda has express train (Keikyo) to this station, reached within 20 minutes on the limited express one. We stayed at north tower, and at 1/B level there are several Japanese restaurants. We tried one of them, excellent!! The lounge access on 17/F is nice and there is simple buffet breakfast which is adequate. Staff were attentive.

Room is a tad small from N. American standard, but pretty much expected in Tokyo area. The heat is on, but we needed to open windows to get some fresh air (January 2025, cold spell of about 5-8 degrees C outside).

Best feature is location: right across the street from Shinagawa Station. Can’t beat that. Breakfast (included) was worth having at the hotel. My partner usually avoids buffet style breakfasts but we enjoyed this one.

Didn’t realise we had a double bed; it was one night, we made do with less shoulder room than usual. But having the bed pushed against a wall meant one of us had to clamber off the end of the bed to get out. If you like space (in a room, bed, bathroom or toilet) it’s worth shelling out for a larger room. If you haven’t left it too late to book one!

If you aren't intending to stay in the hotel too much, this is great for location and connectivity.

The breakfast promotion. While signing up, they said complimentary breakfast but this was a very simple business breakfast with 3-4 hot items.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, and it is consistent everytime. There is easy access to the train station and there are a lot of food establishments in the area. This is still my go-to hotel in Tokyo

The elevators were much slower during my recent stay, I remember that the elevators were much faster before. The elevators would go past you going up and then go past you again going down. It was only a few minutes but as a business traveller, every second counts especially when you are always chasing trains and meeting schedules

I love the location as I have stayed in the Main tower, Annex tower and its surrounding Prince hotel many times. Great location if youre looking to take the train on a daily basis. The Airport limousine bus do stop next to N Hotel and its a 2 min walk. There are airport trolleys to use to move your heavy luggage to the hotel if required. Unfortunately on the way back to the airport, due to the drop in number of passenger using the airport limousine their pick up it at a different hotel. Prince hotel do have a shuttle bus that scoots you over for free and runs every 20 min. I have 14 bags for a family of 4 and it wasnt an issue. Hotel is clean and they alllowed me to check in slightly earlier without much fuss. Check in and out was a breeze. Receptionist was professional and attentive and immediately answered all my inquiries and made the effort to print in colour all questions within 2 mins. Hotel size is considered spacious but small in comparison to other asian or european rooms. They however do have a full floor on level 17 with facilities such as free beverages, workstation cubicle, dressing room, toilet, lounge chair too laze at with a stunning view, conference room where you can opt to chat but they do not allow outside food too be consume here. Next to the hotel there is a food court which is literally less then a minute walk that serves pizza, ramen and other delicious meals at approx Yen 1000. Would I stay there again? Yes

I would have loved if the breakfast menu rotated slightly more and have maybe 2 extra dish. Its great but small variety of food and bread but maybe 2 more dish would suffice. Would love if they serve fresh orange as oppose to two orange drink. Would suggest to have one fresh fruit juice and not a drink which is artificial.

We needed a room very early and on the same day due to severe travel fatigue after arriving. The staff as very understanding of our situation and found us a clean room way before standard check-in time. This sincere gesture was unexpected and we will remember how genuinely compassionate The Prince hotel staff is. The room itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We spent our entire stay in the room to rest and reenergize. The breakfast buffet in the business lounge was very tasty, not too packed, and the staff were again very attentive and helpful. After a rough and unexpected start to our trip, The Prince came through and saved the day. Thank you very much for your unmatched hospitality. 🙇
