I always stay in this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo for a vacation. The rooms are comparatively big for hotels in Japan and are comfortable. The hotel is generous with the room amenities and the housekeeping is exceptional. All the hotel staff are very professional, courteous and efficient. The location is superb with easy access to and from Shinagawa station.

There are only two massage chairs and they are usually occupied in the evenings. The hotel seems a little dated and in need for capital improvement works and renovations.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a spectacular garden connecting the hotel to another hotel operated by the same group.

Although it is located not too far from Shinagawa station, walking with luggage can be challenging when it is raining or on a hot day. There are in fact three Prince Hotels in the vicinity, so it would be nice if there was a shuttle bus service connecting the three hotels to the station or to the airports.

The attached garden was definitely the highlight of the stay, we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms without the crowd, and it was beauuutiful. Recommend checking it out both during the day and at night, it gives very different vibes.

It was a little pricey but I kinda accepted this would be the case during cherry blossom season..

great location 2-3 minutes walk to Shinagawa station where you can find everything you need and the JR as well. very big rooms for 3-4 people with all amenities. great view to the park where you can enjoy the Sakura trees. the sauna was enjoyable and the massage chairs. the prices in the restaurants are expensive so you better find great places to eat in Shinagawa Station malls. Yet it’s a very pricey hotel!!!

A beautiful, serene property and immaculate lobby (which always smelled wonderful, surrounded by terraced gardens. It is an absolute oasis in the heart of the Shinagawa district, just steps from the train station.

While we loved the isolation and quiet provided by the gardens and clever location, the selection of restaurants and cafes adjacent to the hotel were limited.

Breakfast is too poor for such a price. tried once and skipped it for all other days. The only bar is in the neighbouring hotel.

The staff incredible, the room & cleanliness was amazing..

We order room service, it was disappointing & not very nice. (I could not eat it). We would have liked to be able to order Japanese food since we were in Japan.. instead a western menu.. we wanted to experience & enjoy the food & culture .. room service did not give us that.. did not order again..

breakfast wasn’t up to standard and far from the price being charged. TV channels very limited and not child friendly at all. for the price paid very limited tv selection. at least get disney channel!

right opposite Shinagawa station which made travelling around Tokyo very easy and convenient. very friendly staff and clean hotel, always greeted with a smile

pillows in the rooms were very uncomfortable. breakfast was not good and expensive

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The facility was extremely well kept and clean and conveniently located near the train and other modes of transportation.

It did not have a pool on site but had a beautiful bath house. H
