Out of the North exit of JR Kinshicho station and turn left. Walk straight along the main street till the first traffic light and there, you can see the hotel. The quad.room with the Skytree view is wonderful! especially at night. The hotel also provide a free shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea but need to reserve weeks in advance from the hotel website. Surrounded by malls, shops lot, convenient stores, what a nice location! Got bus station at the south exit of the station as well, if you want to go to Haneda/Narita and Disneyland ! All about 1,000yen/trip. Can pay by IC card. Don`t worry! They have staffs who can speak english.

We had a room overlooking the city on the 20th floor for 5 nights. The standard double bed room was larger than others we stayed at. The lifts work well and we never waited to get seated at a well organised breakfast on the 2nd floor, serving both Western and Japanese dishes, my husband had the former and I the latter. Attaching pictures of the breakfast plus our room view and the covered walkway from the 2nd floor to the shopping centre and Kinshicho station close by. The staff speak English and were very polite and friendly. The appearance of this hotel is 5 star, and there's an interesting link to the artist Hokusai. It is very good value for money. On this visit to Tokyo we saw the Edo Fukagawa museum (attaching a snap), Hokusai museum and Edo Open-air Architectural museum. The latter being set in a park helped us cope with the heat.

There was no microwave. They only offer the hotel's laundry service, which we used. Though efficient and thorough, it could prove expensive. I was surprised that they did not have a book with details of services, health and safety etc. However, they provide more information about the hotel's restaurants!

I love everything about the hotel. It was wonderful from the min you step in the hotel til the end. Usually I am very particular about cleanliness and to my amazement, the hotel is really clean. Customer service was excellent, food was good as well but could be better with different variety daily. Location was next to everything, train station, restaurant, fashion malls and so on. The only bad are the pillows.... abit small and sank down when u sleep. But still a wonderful hotel.

Pillows and lack variety of breakfast food daily.

The staff were all kind and helpful. They have this traditional weighing scale in the reception if you want to check your luggage weight. They always clean our room every day, so at the end of the day, we have a clean and comfortable room to relax after a day of long walks and exploration. Our room has a beautiful view of Tokyo SkyTree; every day, it always impresses us. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Kinsicho Station, which makes our daily travel easy. You can travel from Kinsicho Station going to and from Narita Airport. There's also a Limousine Bus counter inside the hotel near the reception area if you wish to book a bus going to Narita Airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle going Tokyo Disneyland but you need to book in advance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We chose a room with a view of the Skytree and it did not disappoint. After 3 weeks traveling around Japan it was a perfect place to finish our holiday. While the room wasn’t large it was well proportioned compared to some of the other places we had visited. We travel with handheld luggage so we had no problems, it had more space than most we had stayed in. It’s well situated near a JR station and Metro Station at the side. It’s also on the right side of Tokyo to catch a train to Narita airport. This was one of the reasons we chose it. Navigating Tokyo station is not easy and the seem less trip to the airport was such a relief as by the end of our trip we were both unwell. M.Suzuki greeted us on arrival and she was delightful, we felt instantly welcomed. We arranged for a late checkout as we weren’t flying out until late afternoon. I had read that some people thought it was a bit out of the centre of town but that’s was not the case at all. With the great train links we were never more than 20 minutes from anywhere. We decided to eat at the hotel for dinner and it was a lovely surprise. The food was excellent. They give guests a discount which was great. It was a delight to have a crispy bread roll with butter after 3 weeks of not having that. I know it’s a small thing but we appreciated it none the less. On our last day ì experienced a problem with my eye and M.Suzuki again came to our rescue. She organized an English speaking eye doctor and a taxi to get us there. We are so grateful to her, she is a credit to the team. The breakfast was one of the best we had in 3 weeks. Really extensive selection and the toaster worked! My only suggestion would be that the Bain Marie food wasn’t very warm. This was a problem everywhere we travelled.

Location was excellent. We booked a room with a view of the Skytree and it was really a great experience. We were given a room at the 18th floor and the view was just spectacular. The hotel was a few minutes away from everything. 7-11 and Lawson (across the street Hokusai Dori). Family Mart at the 2nd floor of the adjacent building (we did not get to visit). An Aeon supermarket a few meters away from the 7-11 mentioned above (if you are coming from Tobu Hotel this is to the left of 7-11). There is a Don Quixote, Matsuya, Burger King, Yoshinoya, Tully's Coffee and a Yakiniku Like on the same street. Kinsicho Station was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel and you have access to the JR line and Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line (via Kinshi Park or Lotte City Hotel). A Book Off branch can also be found at the same building of the Lotte City Hotel. Getting to the Hotel via JR line is pretty easy too (in our case, our trip started from Terminal 2). Use the Narita Line Rapid to Zushi on Platform 1 (I believe the schedule is every hour so depending on your arrival time at Terminal 2 or 3, Google maps might recommend other ways for you where you need to transfer to another line - if you just want the easiest and fastest way, use the Narita Line rapid to Zushi - no transfer needed - and if you have to wait, explore the shops or restaurants at the Airport Terminal until it's time for your trip to the Hotel). From Hotel to the Airport is pretty much reverse, use the Sobu Line Rapid to Narita Airport Terminal 1. The Hotel also offers free limo bus to Disney and vice versa. In our case, we were not able to utilize this as we had relatives who stayed at another hotel. There was no option to pay extra for them, so we decided to travel together alternatively via city bus. There is a bus station in front of Parco that leaves for Disney (just look up their schedule via G maps). Just to wrap up, I would consider staying that Tobu Hotel Levant again for my future visit to Tokyo.

The only thing that bothered me was that they put used cups, glasses, ice bucket and utensils in the sink of the rest room for cleaning. I chanced upon this when I forgot something and had to go back to the hotel when housekeeping already started cleaning our room. I was grossed out a bit but the glasses and cups are usually cleaned pretty well every night we return to the hotel. I am not sure if this is standard practice in the hotel industry (I understand this is probably the most efficient way of doing this) but it would be nice if they are cleaned elsewhere or there is portable dishwashing unit.

Despite the hotel being a bit old, it's impeccably clean and exudes a sense of luxury. The staff are exceptionally helpful and respectful, making our stay a delight. We loved the location as it isn't super busy and touristy, yet it has everything to offer – supermarkets, a shopping center, a lovely laundromat (Earth Laundry). It's close to Skytree and Asakusa if you fancy a long walk. We truly enjoyed our stay there and are very happy overall. Thank you to everyone for making us feel comfortable and at home.

Great view from hotel room (skytree tokyo). Really good bed with pillows. I apreciate there was a bath in my room. Location to Kinshicho station

Noisy hotel corridor at night. Poor selection of breakfast compared to other hotels I have visited thru my stay in Japan.

This hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance to train station, shopping mall and Yodabashi Camera. We walked about 20 minutes to the Tokyo Skytree, which has some good meal options. Also close to a Starbucks and other cafés. The hotel staff were extremely friendly from the front desk, bellhop to the maids. We were able to get by talking in English with the occasional use of Google Translate. They also put our other family members on the same floor, which made it super convenient. Also, I found out the protruding square on the wall outside of each door was a doorbell. Nice touch! Rooms were clean and had a spectacular view of the Tokyo Skytree. No bed bugs. Daily room cleaning was available, so we took advantage of it every other day. The airport shuttle to Haneda stops directly in front of the hotel, which was awesome. Just book via a QR code posted on the hotel’s flyer.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the facilities seem a little outdated and need an upgrade. We had issues charging our iPhones and WiFi hotspot in the center console between the two beds even with a transformer attached. As a result, we went a day with uncharged phones and a WiFi hotspot, which was annoying because the charger did not work well. Maybe we just had bad luck. Had no issues with charging at two other hotels we stayed at previously. To flush the toilet, you need to use your hand and push the handle down hard which isn’t sanitary as most other Toto toilets have a flush button or motion sensor. Just a minor inconvenience.

Booking a room with a view of the Tokyo Skytree surely won't disappoint you. Upon entering the room, the Tokyo Skytree greets you from afar. The room was very spacious, with an additional sofabed, a table, a couch, a desk, and a chair. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with many choices, from Western to Asian food. Upon entering the restaurant, the staff will seat you when you hand over your breakfast coupon. I liked the breakfast times (06.30 until 09.30 am), suitable for those needing to head out early. The hotel is around 7 minutes away from the bus or train station and is easy to find. Near the hotel are supermarket stores like Watson or Family Mart (walk straight ahead after Family Mart and enter the hotel from the 2nd floor).

The couch and sofa bed covers had minor stains. The carpet was a bit old but not smelly. Some paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. A laundry option is provided, but it is very costly. A coin laundry station is within 7 Minutes walking distance from the hotel.
