The location is phenomenal. It's connected to the metro station directly. A major JR station is right next to the hotel too. There are multiple department stores and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. You can spend a whole day just in the vicinity there. The room is very modern and the bathroom is designed much better than a typical business hotel. The desk is large and is fantastic for work. You would have a clear view of the SkyTree if you have a room facing that direction.

Staff doesn't speak much English, especially considering that it's in Tokyo. The room is a bit small as the desk occupies a disproportionally large area. Taller people may find the bed a bit too short.

Excellent location with easy access to both the JR and Metro trains. Plenty of places to shop and eat. We loved that there was an Airport Limousine bus from Haneda Airport that went directly to Kinshicho Station given the limited airport buses from airport to the hotels nearby. It was great that the guest services area on the lobby floor provided free water, coffee and tea 24hrs.

Outdated unit bathroom style. The closet area was way to narrow and near the door. Really no space for luggage. No business center however, there is a convenience store located on the 1F of the building if you need to copy or printout documents.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is in an excellent location near the Kinshicho station. There are abundant eateries, markets and shops nearby that are never boring. The hotel is in a wonderful building, with two vibrant pubs and cafe, as well as a convenient 711. It is a very cheerful setting such that it made my two months' stay in Tokyo a wonderful experience. I had the wide single, with a large bed as well as a couch; and a lovely view of the city and the train station. I enjoyed watching the sun rise and set each day; and look down at the commuters as they awaited their trains. I also enjoyed watching the trains go by throughout the day. It was a very relaxing scene to see how the world revolves around commuters.

I loved the location, the hotel building and the pubs, cafes, 711, very convenient. The room was elegant and lovely. The view of the city was wonderful and cheerful. The elevator goes down to the Honzomon subway line entrance, which was welcome during the scorching hot July weather. There is a nice park a block away. And lots to do--eat and shop--near the Kinshicho station area. There were also two very nice grocer/market for those times when you need a break from dining at restaurants.

The location is fantastic, it's across from Kinshicho station, where you can choose JR or Tokyo Metro. The room was small but breakfast buffet was excellent and fun. Compared to the hotels in the center of Tokyo (Ginza/Tokyo station/Shibuya), the cost performance is excellent. Perfect for tourists.

Even though the breakfast quality was good, they served the same items every day. They need to mix things up.

Great location. It's the second time I have stayed in this area of Tokyo. I find it to be so convenient. I could see this hotel from the train platform when I arrived. Clean room and amazingly quiet. Hard to believe because it's so close to the train station. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by.

Nothing to mention

Just wanted a place close to where I was meeting some friends so this hotel was perfect. Was extremely happy with the size of the room for the price in Tokyo. Was super quiet being so high too. Hotel starts from the 4th floor as the first floors are shops and I think there was a cinema too. 7-Eleven is on the 1st floor which is really convenient.

Perfect for individual worker. The window is the length of the bed providing excellent view and sunlight. Room has a good table for working and fast internet. Lots of food nearby and also very good value for money

The location is convenient and has a lot of choices for restaurants and shops. The train stations are also close to the hotel.

The room is not spacious but can still move a little comfortably.
