Terrific hotel just a short, easy walk from Toyama station. The check in process was. The room was clean. The onsen fabulous. Also love the welcome touches such as free ice creams in the afternoon and ramen in the evening. Breakfast had a wide variety. Close to a very cool bar Dobu6 which we’d recommend. Great place to stay.

Great! I love the onsen and sauna! it was so good especially after tateyama alpine route trip! They also provide free ramen, free yogurt drink and free popsicles for the guests at certain hours! Fantastic breakfast spread where they serve a variety of local and western food ! The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help! I definitely gonna come back on my next visit !

I always look for Dormy Inn hotels while traveling, because of onsen and great service, but the hotel in Toyama exceeded my expectations! Onsen there is something exceptional. I strongly recommend this place for staying, especially if you need a hotel for more than one night.

I had a desk combined with a sink in the hotel room, so I can't say it was convenient.

The hotel is designed beautifully with comfy and clean rooms. There is a seperate AC for each room with full control which is great! We also thoroughly the onsen and all the facilities included, we went every night! The free ramen was excellent as well Overall amazing place!

Very comfortable - breakfast buffet with local cuisine, pajamas, and late night mini ramen!

It’s about 10- 15 min walk from Toyama station if you’re traveling with big luggage. Also as a general rules in Japan, can’t use the hotel’s communal bath if you have tattoos.

Great room. Good location for the money. Within walking distance of the train station and the castle. The onsen was absolutely amazing I really enjoyed the experience in it. All was well cleaned and I had no issues with my 1 night stay here.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The beds are larger than we expected. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was inside the same building and a lot of parking space. The onsen is very nice, too.

Onsen is nice and complimentary soba 🍜 for supper which is Dormy Inn’s trademark. Special thanks to Miss Yu Si for change of rooms at the last minute. All the staff were very helpful too.

Location is not near Toyama station. Need to take the tram.

I love the public bath, all the free extras including hot ramen and free laundromat, nice PJs and all round feeling homey and welcome.

The wifi was somewhat unstable and my room was a bit small.

The onsen was nice, check out was quick and easy. They offered free ice pillows and ice cream/ice pops and ramen noodles after 930pm. The air conditioning worked well. The location was really great, right across from the movie theater.

The pillows of the bed were terrible, I'm not sure if I could ask for more or not, but the ice pillow barely helped the situation. My sleep was not the best that it could've been. Also, there didn't seem to be any shampoo or body soap in the bathroom of my room, but I usually only use the onsen anyways (which did have those things).
