This is a very nice hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds soft and comfortable. For breakfast there is an extensive choice, mostly Japanese style. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the train station. We stayed just one night because we wanted to do the Tateyama Kurobe alpine route a which starts in Toyama, so we didn't see much of Toyama. Near the hotel is a convenience store and there are several restaurants around if you walk about 10 minutes.

Has a nice view and the room was spacious and has an unlimited alcohol and coffee drink bar which is nice. Has a massage chair on the 5th floor with other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, manga and others. The breakfast buffet was great and has nice view of Mt. Tateyama. Add the hospitality of the staffs it was a great choice to choose this hotel

A short walk from Toyama station. The hotel is part of a conference center located between floors 2 and 5, with the hotel rooms starting from floor 6. The rooms were very large and felt a bit like your grandparent's living room. The top floor houses a restaurant with a very nice view over the city center.

I had a room very close to the elevator and facing the main street. Both the elevator as well as the city tram were very audible. Keep in mind, however, that the place is quite old so the sound isolation might not be up to par.

This family trip left a deep impression on me. The hotel is very near to the central train station, just about 6 mins walk. All the counter staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious everyday. There are many beautiful places of interest and scenery in Toyama city. I am looking forward to going back Toyama next time.

They offer well condition bike for me to trsvel around Toyama which is another specisl experience you hard yo get, buffet breakfast is good with variety choice mix with Japanese and wrstern cusine, location is great to Toyama castle and JR station

Located within easy walking distance of the train station, restaurants, a coin laundry and shops. Great breakfast. We got Covid during our stay, and the staff were most accommodating. This was our second time staying here, and we will again next year.

The hotel is big , clean. The location far from th railway,bus station, but we can walk 10 minutes. The surrounding is quite, clean, near Lawson. The room is clean, the pillows, blanket, the bed are clean. The bathroom is clean. There are toiletries, night gown, slippers. There are refrigerator,air purifier.

The hotel is 800 meters from Toyama Station or 3 tram stops. The room is spacious for a single person and fully equipped with amenities. There has a Lawson near the hotel. The atmosphere is quiet, not crowded.

The lights, in the elevator and in the corridor were a bit dark, it makes the atmosphere look like scary.

hotel facilities ate not new but they are very well maintained, I like the warm atmosphere of the hotel. staff are very polite & helpful. breakfast are gorgeous, complete variety of choices with great taste.
