I stayed in Room 4011? (4th floor, first room on the right). It has a city view (mainly the road and a view of the mountains on the horizon). Room is clean but a little small, but comfortable and homey. It has a restaurant on the ground floor named Azia Mama.

The staff in the restaurant where they serve their breakfast is not very accomodating. She actually frowned when she saw us coming, perhaps we are not speaking Russian or Kazakh? But regardless, you don’t need to frown when you see guests coming in. She didn’t even greet us or at least ask us for a coffee. We didn’t go on the next day and just opted breakfast in a nearby coffee shop. The selection of food is very few.

- Staff is very nice and polite. - Prime location, walking distance to many attractions. - WiFi is great. - Could easily get taxis in the area. - Good buffet.

- Certain that the room given to us had a camera hidden somehow in the television. We disconnected all electricity from the television, yet the red light stayed on and upon looking at the back of the television there was a USB connected to the television. Just make sure you check your rooms before anything. - Room is very small compared to the amount paid. I stayed another few days in the same hotel, the room given during the second stay was bigger and worthy of the money paid. - WC had some issues and did not top up water after flushing.

Great location, a short walk to the Green Bizzare, Ascension Church, Arbat, and other monuments. The metro is not close, but catching a taxi/uber is the way to go (Yandex).Great restaurants are just around the corner, Georgian Kitchen restaurant, in particular. The room and hotel, in general, were spacious, neat, and tidy. Breakfast had a great variety. Thank you. 💕 There is a bar in the evening, however we did not utilise.

The only thing I would say is that the carpets are looking tired and water drains downhill not up. Therefore, the water does build up in the shower. 😳

The location of the hotel was beautiful. Walkable distance to the 28 Panpilov Park & Zenkhov Cathedral. There are nice restaurants on same road as well as supermarkets. There was a Currency exchange kiosk just around the corner. Nearby to Green Bazaar, Panpilov Street, Arbat Shopping Street, Zhibek Zholy Street, Kok-Tobe Cable Car Station. The breakfast was also okay, although they are quite strict about closing time.

The bathroom was extremely small. It felt like a bathroom in a train. The WC and the washbasin were adjacent to each other and there was no space to stand for shaving/ brushing. The shower area was raised at least a feet above the bathroom floor (if not more) and the shower glass door was too narrow. I am 84 kg & 5' 11" and I had to squeeze in sideways. I checked the photos later and it seemed that the Comfort Double rooms had a better sized bathroom. The family room, they have compromised on the bathroom size to add that additional space/bed.

I am a vegetarian. I liked that they kept a lot of non veg options in the breakfast. Room service is available upon request. Easy access to places we visited in the city. Restaurants at walkable distance.

The staffs who did our check in and check out tried to take extra money in the name of tax when the amount we paid had the taxes in it. They said we have to pay additional tax when we are in Kazakh. Even though we showed the money we paid in booking.com had mentioned the taxes, they insisted we pay. Look out for that. During the room service, they didn't change any of the sheets just the refill of the toiletries was done.

Staff are polite, can speak english well.Breakfast buffet were absolutely delicious and offers wide variety of food choices.Hotel was clean and well maintained. Situated in the heart of city. Accessible to bus and tourist spots

I stayed for 5 nights and extended 1 more day but unfortunately there was no wifi for almost 3 days as they have some sort of internet connection problem.

Good location to easily approach the nearby famous places, Very kind services and cooperations of the staff, Very comfortable and large rooms.

I thought that the X-Mas day was holiday since it is a national holiday in our country, Korea so I was inadvertently late for breakfast on the day(25th Dec, 2023). Then, the restaurant staff showed me her angry feature, and I was so so so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I hope that the restaurant staff's service will be improved.

The location was great and close to everything by walking 10-15Min staff were friendly and the hotel was quite good enough in comparison with other options we had in Almaty. I will recommend this place to my friend.

the room temperature was centralized on our floor, it was quit normal but sometimes maybe you need a cooler or warmer inside your room, it has the control of the ventilator bud degree stays the same I think.

The breakfast food was nice, but I would prefer an atmosphere more light than the hookah bar, and especially as the lighting was dark and the music also fitting for nighttime.

Breakfast is good, variety of food.Location is nice, in the city with nearby restaurants, store and money exchange. Staff is friendly an can speak english. They are kind enough to let us left our luggage even though we checked out.
