The Ritz-Carlton was elegant and modern as expected. The team was available and very helpful for needs around the clock! The restaurant Ozen has a great menu, a great Ambiente at the bag and a very nice terrace! The breakfast and so the coffee was just great at the 3rd floor!
The breakfast in the executive lounge is by far not as good as on 3rd floor!

Seems to have a different chef. Food was good but not exceptional in resturant. Exceptional in the Ozen Bar.

The greatest in this hotel is its staff. I felt like home. thank you. The room is always clean and fresh. the bed is amazing, the view is nice, and the location is the best.
Fridays and Saturdays because a lot of girls come to the hotel and without any shame harass and solicit men to pay them and spend time with them. And i hope that the hotel will take that under control

I really appreciated that fact that everybody was trying to make my birthday fully exciting day. All stuff were so sweet and funny at the same time, thanks for such a great conditions in hotel
We were in Mokki to have a dinner, actually we didn’t like the food, but staff were friendly and professional for sure

Breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful as were the door man and luggage staff. Excellent personalities, well trained in hotel protocols.
Due to COVID restrictions, restaurants were full, so unable to have dinner. Had to go out. The only open bar had a live band playing music at 300db's in a veru small space. Couldn't talk. Was told "It's Friday"...
