The location is ideal, just off the main road and near major malls, Prestige, Yaya, Junction etc. The rooms and spacious and there is a serene feeling and its quiet.

At some point it good too hot in the room and i didnt see any conditioning despite it being mentioned at point of booking that it had air conditioning.

This hotel blew me away. After spending 3 weeks in Europe, we arrived in Kenya for a 24-hour layover; this hotel was our oasis before our flight back home to Cape Town. The staff was terrific; they were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fresh and tasty. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

I was not there long enough to find any faults. That said, even if we were there a week, I doubt I'd find any faults.

Seamless check in process, friendly staff, clean rooms. There was Wi-Fi which worked great. I liked that I could walk to nearby shops and cafes. The hotel also isn't far from the Junction Mall, a good location overall.

The shower didn't drain effectively which meant that after showering there was a considerable amount of water around my ankles. I had to wash my feet after stepping out of the cubicle. Also felt that the water pressure could have been stronger.

I needed a hotel for a short stay before flying out of Nairobi and chose Ngong Hills because of its location. Otherwise I had not expected anything particular but the hotel and staff were absolutely terrific. From the comfortable room with all amenities to the staff’s eye for detail. Simply loved everything!

Nothing I didn’t like.

Well located, close to many amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Grace at the reception. They have a storage room for luggage in case you need to depart later than the check-out time (10am).

Rooms are not very sound-proof, though I heard little from the traffic outside.

The breakfast was excellent with typical Sub-Saharan African food. It had relatively quite nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was satisfactory.

The general surrounding of the Hotel needs to be modernised

. The stylish And cozy room, the names of precious gens on some rooms, the quietness and soundproof rooms. Hôtel is well located,The staff is warm, welcoming and supportive In the bathroom you have necessary toiletries and even a toothbrush and toothpaste

The shower is not user friendly for females with hairstyles though the hotel provides a shower cap. The water is not much hot for people always freezing like me

The staff are pretty welcoming and supportive. The room was very clean and the bathroom had all needed stuff. The hotel is pretty quiet and suitable for rest.

Internet connection wasn't good from the reception to the floor of my room. I arrived around 11pm and an hour later no connection and no way to get support at midnight. .

Hotel looked a bit old from outside but the rooms are nicely refurbished and I was able to get one with AC, which is necessary as the room does get hot and the windows had no screens, which mosquitoes will get in if opened in the evening. Hotel staff member are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is also close to a lot of restaurants and shops, a good place to stay if you want to be in Kilimani.

The fridge had cockroaches when I opened it.... also they should allow the power for fridge to stay on without inserting card , or your fresh food items will be not kept cool when you are away. Also the hotel should consider putting screens onto windows, so they can be kept open in the evening without worrying about mosquitoes.

They’re affordable , clean and spacious

Everything was great nothing to dislike other than I requested to be picked up at the airport but no one showed up guess it was miscommunication
