They made me a breakfast pack since I had to leave before breakfast service. That was lovely.

Shuttle service wasn't great due to availability. A lot of people came at once and there was no room for me and my partner on the bus. Therefore, I had to book my own taxi to get to the hotel. The driver saw the number of people and they couldn't offer another trip to get the rest of the people. The waiting time would be 1 hour. Also, the driver arrived late. The next day, I tried to get the free service, but they couldn't help me because I had 4x suitcases.

They have the airport shuttle from and to the airport each hour with no added charge. Hotel is relatively close to the Guarulhos airport, which can allows you to easily take an Uber to get to it without waiting for their shuttle, as we did once arrived there. They do have a place down at reception where you can buy some snacks and drinks 24/7. Around the area you can find good places to eat in or for delivery. We had a room with airport view which I appreciated. Reasonable night fares.

Airport shuttle not easily visible once you go out of the airport terminal. You really have to look closely to each shuttle as per they just have a printed paper with the hotel name on it. They only do it hourly so please take note of it. Some hotels do it every 30 minutes, which I prefer. I have seen staff struggling communicating in English with a guest once I checked out. For me this is very bad as per this is an airport hotel where tons of people who does not speak Portuguese arrive. Staff should be more trained.

Clayton, the receptionist was very kind and froendly when we checked in at 3 a.m so we appreciate that. The room was very clean too. The shuttle bus from and to the airport is free so that is always helpful. Also, delicious breakfast

We stayed twice in this hotel but with different dates. The first time was awesome, but the 2nd was not what we expected cause we found a big roach in the bathroom and the next day when we tried to check out there was only one receptionist, so the shuttle bus that had to take us to the airport didn't want to wait for us and we felt under pressure by him. It wasn't our fault that the check out wasn't fast enough

Super convenient location very close to the airport. Also it was possible to check-in around 5am, and they also allowed a late check-out, because of the late check(in, at 1pm. Free transport from the airport with their own shuttle.

I missed the 1st shuttle around 4.10am. There is a shuttle every hour, at the hour from the hotel, and around the hour and 10 from the airport. When I missed the 4.10 shuttle by about 10 minutes, I assumed maybe the shuttle was full and this is why the shuttle wasn't waiting for more passengers, so I had to wait until 5.10am. When we got in the bus, me and my friend, at 5.10 the shuttle started only after 5min, with only the 2 of us inside, so they are not waiting a bit longer for passengers, which I thought didn't make much sense, as it would be better for the shuttle to wait for passengers at the airport at least until half the hour, than to spend 40min at the hotel to leave at the hour.... Just saying !

the hotel was clean and the location was great for what we needed (a hotel close to the airport). While it was close to the airport you did hear the aircraft taking off but it didn’t disturb our sleep. We had the all you can eat lunch which was really good.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it but while it appears to be walking distance from the airport it is not possible to walk. There is a free shuttle bus but only from terminal 2 I believe. While the lunch was great the dinner and breakfast was a little bit of a letdown. I think this might have been because the lunch was so good we were comparing the dinner and breakfast to that.

The amazing welcome we received we arrived from a flight that departed Montevideo at 3:30 am. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, I so enjoyed the fresh fruit. I also had a delicious buffet lunch for about USD 10.00 extremely delicious and nourishing . Just what I need after a arduous day, and we had to carry on with our trip. They have a shuttle, we had someone driving, but that is good to know.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The bed was great, and the linnen very soft and tidy. I just wished for more pillows, but otherwise everything was perfect. The breakfast was super complete. The transfer service to and from the airport was a great extra. I would totally pick this hotel again if I go back to São Paulo.

One small thing I wished was for clearer information regarding the transfer departures from the airport to the hotel. They only sent me the schedule of the departures from the hotel, and only upon my request.

The room was confortable and clean The breakfast had many options, it was nice. The staff and service were very good.

Finding the shuttle from the airport was a nightmare. We had no information on how to get it, when we found out, it was tricky to find the place and once in the place we had no idea of the frequency, time table or if the shuttle will have a hotel sign. Providing more details on this in advance to the guests will be a huge advantage.

The hotel is perfect for a stay if you need to be by the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport, it's clean, the staff are nice and the restaurant is good with great value for money. There is also a nice courtyard.

Not much to do around the hotel and the beds were kinda hard.

This is a good reasonably-priced hotel near GRU airport. The staff are professional and courteous. There is a restaurant with a decent all-you-can-eat evening buffet for R$45. Although only plastic cutlery and styrofoam coffee cups are provided, the breakfast is pretty good.

The airport shuttle leaves from Terminal 2 only, and not often, that is at 15 minutes past the hour, and from the hotel on the hour (according to the very helpful driver, as this info is not provided elsewhere, obliging me to use Uber whose cost the hotel refunded after I complained).
