I was really impressed at the staff service at Ibis Budget Paulista! I felt very welcomed by their friendly and kind demeanor which was so appreciated. As an English speaker, there was often someone available to converse with in my home language and even when this was not possible, the team went out of their way to communicate using tech to ensure I was supported with my needs. The half board option was totally worth it with dinner served in sizeable al la carte portions thats bound to satisfy after a long day out. Absolutely loved the location!! I always felt safe. Located a few steps to the metro and a grocery store nearby. Rooms were comfortable, clean and cosy. Could not have asked for a better base to explore the beautiful city of Sao Paulo!

Before my arrival, I did try to contact the hotel via 2 channels and did not receive feedback to either of my queries. They definitely made up for this slight with their in person service but it would be nice to feel that same warmth and welcome before one arrives.

Location, location, location. Did I mention the great location? You will find everything you need in the surroundings, transport, mall, stores, restaurants and everything else. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was compact as you can expect of a Ibis Budget but very functional, with everything you need. The breakfast was good with a good variety of products. I enjoyed my stay there and I would return.

It's not hotel's fault but you need to be careful while waiting for you taxi/transport outside the hotel, wait inside, there were some incidents during my stay, anyway it is São Paulo and you need to be careful everywhere.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Although the rooms were smaller than expected, this is budget accommodation that offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located, just a few steps away from the metro.

Last time I stayed here, I’d booked for one person but my wife ended up traveling with me which meant I had to pay an additional fee. This time around, I booked for two people but she couldn’t make it and I was refused a lower rate. Not sure if I’m staying there again.

Location is great, few steps from Av. Paulista. Rooms was clean and in accordance with what you would expect for a budget hotel. Mini market on site with some snacks available 24/7 was a plus.

Check-in time was quite long and bed was a bit hard. Room lacks power outlets near the bed and other amenities like a hairdryer or a kettle but those didn't really bother me.

It could have the American plug or the two USBs to recharge phones. Very important for some that travels. Only Brazil uses that hexagonal standard.

The location, the room service quite a good for a budget hotel. The staff are great and pretty easy to communicate with.

The elevator takes forever, the check in could improve to be faster, for a budget hotel and with nothing to add is too long, in the other hand check out is just drop the keys and go.

Front desk staff is amazing! Actually all staff is amazing! No complains at all. Breakfast is really good, lots of variety. I’d like to congratulate especially Kaysilany and Patrick at the front desk.

The room I booked was tiny. My fault because I wanted to save money. The economy room doesn’t have a fridge nor an iron. They offer an ironing room on the first floor, very clean and organized. I guess I didn’t pay attention to the details.

Great location on Concelecao and two blocks from Avenida Paulista, Metro Paulista next to the hotel. Area is peaceful, safe and secure. Rooms are small as expected for an Ibis. Room was comfy and clean and so was the bathroom and toilet, good water pressure. Bed was comfy and the wifi worked very well.

Reception would get very busy most of the time. Breakfast could have been better for the price of $6. Complimentary water would have been appreciated. Price was on the higher side for an Ibis

The rooms are small, but ok if you are staying shortly in the hotel. Good location. Staf in the reception was nice and friendly.

The reception area could have some couches and chairs to sit, for when you are waiting for other people in the halls.
