This Resort is really perfect! We have found an amazing place, clean like no other; spaces are well kept, elegant yet you feel at ease. Breakfast extremely good and varied. Staff is the loveliest we have ever found. The pools are amazing as well as the enormous park surrounding the resort and the ocean view sunbeds. We would have stayed one month! This was the last part of our honeymoon and we felt in heaven.

Nothing.. (one super minor thing maybe: the twin beds :( … unfortunately there were no rooms available with double beds but anyway even separate were super comfy)!

Excellent location on Jimbaran Beach. Great main pool, beautiful grounds and landscaping. The breakfast is very good, with good variety. The Sunset Bar is exceptional - great atmosphere, live music and it offers some of the best sunsets anywhere.

Bali in general has become overpriced, and this hotel is no exception. Food and drinks are more expensive than Australia, where the wages are many times higher. I think that there is better value to be had elsewhere.

Location - staff and relaxing atmosphere makes for a perfect tropical vacation

The beach due to the time of year 🌦️ was not accessible to swim or walk on due to debris washing onto beach ….previous trip it has been perfect

The hotel is very clean, rooms but also public facilities like pool and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. There are no sunbeds at the beach (it is not possible due to the tides) but there are some in the "garden area" next to the beach, so you can still enjoy the view of the beach and ocean while relaxing there. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a wide range of food from different countries including Indonesian food, freshly made soto ayam soup, sushi, Indian food, sweet stuff like pancakes or cake, a small selection of cheese and saussage, vegetables, fruits, a lot of different fresh juices, eggs, bacon,...

Food and drinks in the restaurants and bars inside the hotel are all very tasty but very expensive compared to restaurants outside the hotel. For example you pay about 40k IDR for Nasi Goreng outside and 200k inside the hotel. Next to the hotel are several seafood restaurants at the beach. In the town you find French, Indian, Italian, Indonesian and steak restaurants. The rooms are quite large and clean, but there is no proper door between the room and the toilet (only a glass door with a 20cm gap) so there isn't any privacy if you want to use the toilet...

Room was good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Staff were great and very attentive at breakfast, offering you some special tastings.

Streets and surrounds were a bit of a letdown. Resort was beautiful, outside the resort wasn't. There were a few nice restaurants and convenient supermarkets. Beach did have a lot of rubbish washing up and in the surf. Hotel did clean it up daily and I have seen pictures of it worse but still wasn't that pristine tropical island water you are looking for.

Having a fake polo clothing shop felt very weird

The staff were exceptional - could not do enough to make our stay the best possible.

Every morning, other guests would get up early and place towels on the sun lounges, not to return for hours. This needs better monitoring - as many missed out because of greedy guests 'reserving' spots. I think there needs to be a better system, or towels removed if guests don't use the lounges within a certain time frame. Assistance from the staff would be beneficial

The personnel was very friendly and the we had one of the best breakfast ever, plenty of choice and different stations (Indian, Japanese, Korean, eggs). Huge hotel, a bit dated.

The check in experience was awful, long waiting to have the room, the first room was in a very far building from the restaurants and facilities, it was very old with a broken sink, broken shower seals and stains in the tube. After a couple of hours, the management arranged another room for us, even worst than the first in an terrible position, on ground floor, in front of the swimming pool and the pool restaurant, not quite at all. Eventually, around 10 pm, finally they decided to upgrade us in another room, in the main building and this was finally good. As a compensation, for all the disruption, we received a free drink at the pool bar and one access to one of their lounge. We will not return in this hotel.

When you exit the hotel on the road side there is really nothing. So after a while we were wanting something else other than seafood on the beach. The sunbed battle every morning. Needing to be up by 7am if you want a bed and umbrella

The hotel was excellent

The beach is very dirty and some parts of the sea was full of all sorts of waste. Each of the beach establishments need to clean in front of their beach each morning before tourists see the mess. It's such a pity because it would not take much effort to do this.
