Upon arrival, the 2 front desk ladies were busy on cellphone, no greeting at all.! We said hi and the lady went inside without even saying anything, came back 3-4 minutes later for check in. We went up to our room on 4th floor only to find out either of keys aren’t working. (Three times) desk attendants did not even try to apologize let alone speak to us for the first 6-7 minutes. Facilities and cleanliness were amazing but this experience wasn’t what we expected after 7 hours drive.

Super clean. Great room, very comfy. EV charging was a huge plus.

Hotel had had a flood and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not available. This was one reason I booked this hotel over the others in the area. It would have been nice to get a discount or have been told in advance. The restaurant wasn't available at all. Hot tub wasn't working and this was something I was looking forward to after a long day. Pool was on the cool side.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

We were unable to use the pool, hot tub and gym due to the amount of children in the facilities. I would question if they were over capacity? And wonder if parent are required to supervise? It would be nice if between 10pm and 11pm there could be a no young children policy so other guests could utilize the facilities as well. The breakfast was delicious but the number of unattended kids behaving poorly was unacceptable.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Lobby renovated with delicious soup, coffee & tea available. Fun mini golf for the kids. We enjoyed supper at the Restaurant. Breakfast included. Pool looked renovated as well. Nice options in the gym. Close to West Edmonton Mall,. Rooms were quiet. Great value for money spend.

Pool was a little cold. Breakfast could have had a bit more options & variety (stayed 3 nights).

We were very impressed with the hotel. Very clean and newly renovated. The pool was beautiful and super clean but sooooooooooo COLD 🥶 the hot tub was also not that hot. It was disappointing but we still had fun. The staff was amazing. Dawn at the front desk was the absolute best! I think my 4 year old had a crush on her lol the restaurants was amazing and decent prices

We always stay at Days Inn, Revelstoke, Chilliwack and in California, but this is one of the best. Value of money is fair. The ambiance and music is relaxing in the restaurant. Staffs are great. Room is clean and bathroom amenities are a bonus (Dove, finally not a cheap brand, and generous). Pool is fair size but clean.

The breakfast choices is the best (except that we cannot bring in the room). I hate to wake my son up that the breakfast finishes early at 9:30. My son wishes by the way for a bacon but at least sausage was a protein source.

The facilities were better than expected. Pool was great, kids loved the slush machine! And mini golf through the lobby. Room was so spacious and very clean. Was like a tiny apartment with more than needed so it was great for our family!

Breakfast wasn't great as there was a soccer tournament and was hard for staff to keep up. Ran out of stuff so the wait was a bit much. Not the staffs fault but was pretty chaotic.

The hotel was easy to get to. Our suite was perfect for my family; the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet despite traffic, there was plenty of room.

The a/c kept turning off and the room would get really hot. Maintenance was notified and the solution was to pull the heating control panel off the wall to reset it.

Great stay and great location - close to West Ed Mall and restaurants nearby! Staff were very friendly, the pool was a good size and there was a hot tub. The breakfast had hot food - eggs, sausage and hashbrown. Would definitely stay again with family.

The elevator acted up a bit which scared the kids, some of the interiors are old but they were renovating while we were there.

The location was great. Friendly clean and quiet environment. My grandsons enjoyed the stay very much. Only downfall was kitchen was under construction. Other then that all.good.

No kitchen and toilet would bubble every now and again. Thought it was from the renovations that were going on ⁷
