Called when we landed and we were allowed to check in a little early, which was super courteous and flexible. The check-in crew were knowledgeable, very friendly, and called once we were in the room to ensure everything met our needs. I was blown away by this customer-focused detail! The breakfast was plentiful and FLAVORFUL! Seasoned potatoes, fluffy eggs, fresh oatmeal with your choice of toppings, waffles, etc. Clean tables and kind/helpful staff. The room was clean and large right off the elevator. I think our bed frame was broken, but the bed was comfortable. Wished the TV was bigger and mounted on adjustable frame so it could be enjoyed from the sofa. Really, no complaints though! We would recommend anyone to stay here. Also LOVED that there was a Culver's within walking distance....seriously, so convenient and delicious!

Not a deal-breaker or upset about anything....this hotel was better than many others and we would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to rest their head.

The hotel was secure, clean, and quiet. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The mattress and bedding were plush but supportive which was stellar for my chronic low back pain. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. Erick was outstanding at the front desk.

This stay left nothing to be desired. We did not get to enjoy the pool in the morning because the gates did not unlock at 8 am but it really didn’t alter our overall impressions. It was so nice of a stay I wish we could have paid to check out later.

The breakfast y coffee excellent. Both girls at front desk amazing. They were helpful after traveling and tired very important that you get treated like you are family. Our room very tidy and cool. We rested well and rooms very clean.

Don’t have any dislikes just as long as your prices let us be able to afford your prices now and then. That you are able to get the price low at time to time. That way I can book more often. I am afraid your hotel is the only one I will stay at.

The breakfast was a great variety. The room was spacious and comfy. All the amenities you could need. Water available at the front desk. Cute little store available for items you left behind from home.

The front desk service was nice but the different information from two different people. Missed out on food discounts at the arrival from the staff. Prices were a little pricey due to graduation ceremonies that weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and location was very convenient for the reason we were there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I felt like I was staying at the Hilton. For the price of the hotel, we managed to do more than anticipated. Very reasonably priced. The next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying again.

Upon my arrival which was earlier than check in I was told my room was ready and we could go ahead and check in. As the front desk clerk was checking in she said it looks like your room was upgraded to the presidential suite. I wasn’t expecting that. When questioning the front desk if I was going to be charged for this the girl was very sweet and polite. She said “absolutely not Mrs. Calandra this looks like it was upgraded per management.” What a surprise! I guess I was surprised and shocked that it was upgraded. She reiterated that I would not be charged for it. I was totally blown away by how professional your staff is.

There was nothing that I could find wrong. Everything was perfect

The the gentleman that was the maintenance guy was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk was exceptional as well. The individuals cleaning the rooms did not go out of their way. When I asked for late check out is was the cleaning supervisor that made the decision and was not flexible. My flight didn't leave until 7:30 p.m. so that was a bit of an inconvenience. I would have been happy to pay a fee but not the full room price to stay till 3:00.

My room did not get cleaned a couple days even though I was out of my room by 11:00 and the cleaning crew was still on my floor

The location of hotel was very convenient as everything (fast food, grocery, attractions, movie theaters concert arena) is within a 5 min drive from hotel! Even a Dennys and Culver’s right next door!

Ice machine on our floor was out of order, not too much of an inconvenience as we just had to go down one floor to use another ice machine!😊

The room was big and clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Everything worked great. They even accommodated us by putting us next to our friends we were traveling with. Staff very friendly

The key cards didn't work in our room and on the outside door a couple times but it was no big deal. They were sure to fix it right away

Breakfast was great. Location was awesome. Cleanliness and size of the suite was surprisingly awesome!

Coffee could definitely be better. While the coffee machine, along with the variety, is a great concept, the quality is terrible. Bold is watered down. Location was great but a little noisy b/c of the freeway, but worth it.
