over all it was pleasant. I do not expect a party atmosphere, but a hello would be appreciated. Desk clerks seem so preoccupied with office work that all I got was a yes. then I proceed with, I have a reservation . a hello, how can I help you would be nice..

The location was perfect for my business trip. The rooms were very large and comfortable. I liked the extra perks in the room and free Wi-Fi. The business center although I did not use it, I was glad it was there as a backup. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with my requests. A pleasure to work with.

Depending on where you room is, the busy freeway may be a bit too noisy.

It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant there was really good. We liked that maid service was by request. We didn't need our room cleaned every day, we just needed clean towels. The maid was very accommodating in getting us clean towels every day.

The TV in the room could have been bigger. It was pretty small.

great location, close to a lot of places we would need if staying longer (Walmart, gas stations, freeway, restaurants), clean, friendly staff offered to sign me up for membership and explained benefits (I signed up!), will do Tacos Barbon next time we're there, cleaniness

The pool was not in the greatest location. It kinda felt like it was in the parking lot.

The suite was wonderful! Loved Kimberly as she was there to check us in! She made sure our stay was great! Give her 10 stars!! The blinds kept the light out much better! We liked it we made reservations for our return trip.

The traffic noise

The friendliness of staff. Whether it was the front desk clerks or housekeeping, everyone one was just so nice and helpful.

The traffic noise, so loud we thought the windows were open. The upper vent covers were filthy.

Better restaurants nearby. Wanted a nice sit down restaurant without driving far, only fast food. The restaurant in house didn't look appetizing .

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. i was staying for two weeks and they were all very kind. Great bartender as well. it was nice to get to know people in the evening while watching the Stanley cup playoffs .

if your into free breakfast.. they do not have one. However however they have great food . breakfast and tacos are definitely worth ordering .

Staff was friendly and it was very clean! Our room was was nice and big. Loved the jacuzzi tub. We were “upgraded” to a King Suite because housekeeping took the day off for Christmas (🎉🎉✝️🎄).

I would’ve preferred two separate beds like I had chosen. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The screens on the windows were bent and looked like they had a few break in attempts. There was a teenager that looked like he was homeless, outside panhandling in the parking lot. Definitely not a great area to feel safe. We went for breakfast and they closed it early. Ended up wasting $30 at Jack in the Box.
