Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived after midnight; but the desk clerk could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Her thoughtfulness turned my bad day into a lovely evening. I was even more surprised at how nice the 3rd floor room was. It was remarkably clean with a comfortable king bed and a Roman style jacuzzi tub. Then there was more: an excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels or toast, cream cheese or jam, cereal yogurt, pancakes & multiple beverages. Outstanding! And there's a pool to boot!

The ice machine on my floor was not in operation.

The staff, housekeeping crew, kitchen crew were the most helpful and hard working staff I have ever witnessed. I have stayed at other prestige hotels and had never have I encountered such great service. I enjoy the breakfast variety offered. The pool area was always nice and clean. We had a Very comfortable room the front desk was very accommodating . I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends who are visiting the area.

The only thing that would have made it a nicer stay was having options on TV, Apps to sign into.

The location was perfect as my boyfriend was very ill in the hospital that we could walk to. The breakfast was lovely. It was nice to have a place to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air by the pool unfortunately my partner/boyfriend passed away. The staff was very understanding and allowed me to get some refund for the two nights I had paid for us. There was no reason for me to be there any longer, and I really appreciated that in this hard time

Our king suite was big. It had a separate living room/kitchenette (with a door between). The spa tub was very big. It had a shower above it. The bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were ok. Everything was clean. The location was great. Close to lots of shopping & restaurants.

The shower head was broken. It sprayed water every direction and would change which direction randomly. It definitely needs replaced. The shower/spa tub combo would be hard to get in & out of if your mobility is limited, so keep that in mind when booking rooms with spa tubs.

A hot breakfast with a nice variety was included even though it was not advertised to be included on the app. There was a large room with seating for breakfast. The room and beds were clean, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner was also quiet. We enjoyed food at a nice little Mexican restaurant nextdoor.

Even though the bathtub was very clean, at first glance the bottom appeared dirty. The bottom had a black coating of some kind on it, perhaps to prevent slipping. The appearance was like someone scrubbed a filthy tub and forgot to rinse the greasy grime away.

Enjoyed the daily breakfast and coffee. Liked the friendly staff and location of the property.

The bathroom was in need of an update. There was no shower mat in the tub which made it feel unsafe. The remote for the tv was unresponsive(don't know if it just needed new batteries, plus your tv channel listing did not correspond to the actual channels.

24 hr front desk. Elevator.

Front roof view but we were there to get sleep. Price during Spring Training. Wish there was a discount for repeat customers, late night check-in for one night, basically a 12-hour stay and $300 is ridiculous but we had just driven 14 hours and needed to sleep, wake-up and go again. Oh and the vending snacks and drinks $$$. Yikes!

The breakfast was great! The staff were so friendly and the beds were actually fairly comfortable. I also needed a late check out and they were very accommodating.

Nothing bad to report at all. I did not have maid service during the 4 nights that I was there though.

Very clean room, friendly staff and excellent continental breakfast. I had a special request and this hotel not only emailed me back immediately about my request, but fulfilled it 100%. This was a 1st out of any hotel we've ever stayed at..See you NASCAR CHAMPIONSHIP weekend..

Can't really complain about anything.

We had an amazing experience!! I mentioned in the comments it was for the weekend of our wedding, they said they don't offer any extras for that and I had no problem with that. We arrived to huge room upgrade and it made the weekend even more amazing. I can't say thank you enough
