great location. massive rooms and we had a beautiful patio leading to the garden. 3 different pools and good facilities

no where near enough sun beds for the amount of guests staying and if you want a cabana it’s $200 USD for a day! Lady at reception couldn’t find our booking even though we paid in full. called booking.com to then say “oh it’s booked under your last name” what else would it be booked Under? asked her not to charge the parking to my card I would pay cash and upon check out guess what was charged to my card… also HORRIBLE service at the restaurant and rudest gentleman behind the bar. threw my bill back at me when i wanted to pay with my card on my phone even though a waitress told him it would work. first time I haven’t tipped in the states. expect better service for $700 AUD a night

Staff were super friendly, helpful and happy. I would definitely stay again. Loved the morning classes and all the amenities. It was a smaller, more intimate setting which I loved.

Price a little bit expensive and lots of fees and taxes. The $40/day resort fee was high for one person.

It is located north of Black Rock-beach was a little less busy-not as much commotion on the beach walk. Great place to view the sunset. We booked a beachfront cottage & it was lovely hearing the crashing waves each night.

we booked through booking.com & price included room & city tax but there were other taxes on our bill as well (excise tax)& daily parking $40 & resort fee $30. I’m sure other resorts have these addl taxes & fees too -it would have been nicer to have known these amounts when booking.

Restaurant. Beach. Pool. Bungalows gardens and decoration.

- Parking nearby is small. Had to park far away. - Check-in/check-out queue takes way too long. - We found hairs in the shower wall and drainer. Made us question the depth pf the cleaning.

Loved the free green trolley to get around nearby resorts and the beach. The bungalow was very spacious for 4 single girls with 3 bathrooms it was ideal and even a decent sized kitchen even though we didn't really use it. The beach was just after the pool and the other shops near reception were very handy. The Luau was nice with a surprise upgrade in seats and was an interesting performance.

The return of the hold on my account is very slow to be returned and has still not been received a week after checking out. The pool right in front of the restaurant is a little off putting for swimming, at least there is another pool as another option.

Has all the bases covered at a reasonable price right on the ( the best stretch) Kaanapali beach. Close to Whalers Village (15-20 min beach side path walk to higher end shopping and eateries right on Kaanapali beach) and Lahaina (a drive). If looking for the W type of luxury, this is not it, more traditional, it’s definitely 4+ for what they offer, the great staff, their continued renovations, and location location location.

some rooms seem dated (still doing rolling renovations), but redone rooms are comfy and have all the luxury amenities…

Great location, perfect pools and beach front. reasonable beach front bar and restaurant was very good for the price. Overall great experience and awesome staff from the valet and front desk to the beach front towel crew.

AC in the tower room wasn’t great and didn’t get cold. But was cool enough. Bed was good but not great.
