Check out is at 11 am because the reception staff, as well as those who clean, are already bothering you before departure time. In addition, the lobby staff seem to not like Latinos, very bad face and no education, they have to improve the treatment of guests, at least say good morning 🤗

Air conditioner didn’t work right, manager fixed it. due to lack of personnel the garbage can outside the ice/vending room was overwhelming. we had to leave due to getting Covid. I was assured by afternoon & over night manager we would be refunded a day we could not use due to having to get home before I came down with it. a week later no sign of refund.

Able to get 1st floor. Staff friendly. Mentioned all the amenities and where they were at check-in.

We were across from the pool. After pool closes at 10, it would be nice if the lights were dimmed to half as they still shined brightly around the curtains all night.

I could smell smoke in my room at 6:30 am. When I figured out where the smoke was coming from I opened my room door to find 2 men smoking I told them that the smoke was getting in my room. One of the men said they worked in house keeping The smell of smoke stayed iny room all day.

Location, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable bed.

I would have liked to see some fresh fruit on the breakfast counter. The front desk kept saying “we should have some tomorrow”. Bananas are a big favorite for travelers, as a mid day snack. I’m not a coffee connoisseur, but I didn’t care for the drink produced by the “push button”, “one cup at a time” coffee maker.

Rooms were quite dark, no big light on the ceiling and our window was within a hallway, so that there wasn't much light coming in from the outside. AC was pretty loud.

The facility and rooms are clean , safe and comfortable , the breakfast was decent ..nothing great but fair

The fact that Wi-Fi was activated by your person email address ? And then if your email was with AOL.com then you couldn't get Wi-Fi access

Checking in was a breeze. Even when I had to check out early it was no problem. The rooms were super clean and I really enjoyed my stay there.

I was in a room on the first floor near the stairs that lead to the second floor. The stairs should be concrete and yet are just metal. The stairs are very loud when someone walks up or down them at 1:00 in the morning.

The rooms and views were excellent!

The breakfast. I was excited to eat a warm, yummy breakfast and everything was prepackaged. When I did heat it up in the microwave, it was so gross. I threw it out and went to find a restaurant instead.
