Breakfast waffles were awesome!, The Frigerator & iron board in room was appreciated! Bathroom were super clean, A+ for that! Kids enjoyed the pool & staff were very nice!

Hallway railing were dirty , dents on wall .I felt like I was at a bronx building .perhalps nightly cleaning would be appreciated! , stairs to go up need vacuuming!! Made me think that the rooms were going to be a disaster aswell!. More floor mats for bathroom. The bathroom door is in the way, maybe accordion door would be best. Under bed had many little bottles of lotions and chapsticks etc. Also no hand soap!

At first, the bathtub did not have hot water. We told the front desk and they immediately began to test and research the issue. It took a little bit, but they found the problem and fixed it, so we were able to take a hot shower. They were very nice and helpful. Also, the property is in a great location. The breakfast was pretty decent. The pictures were true to the actual room.

A little overpriced

Our room was neat and clean. The A/C was cold a win-win on a hot, humid day. Our stay was perfect. This was the second time we stayed here, and both times were great.Thank you!

We liked that it was kinda away from the hustle of Helen. We could drive the short distance and be in the town and the craziness. But when we were tired, we could go back to our quiet hotel. Also, we met the new owner and he was very nice. He even showed us one of the new updated rooms. This hotel is really going to be nice once he is finished with the renovations.

There really wasn’t anything to complain about. I guess if I had to, I would say breakfast ended a little early. 9:30 we were just getting up and moving. So I wish it would have been maybe until 10:30

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Definitely great for short stays and great distance from Helen. Only about 25 minutes. Very good place to stay for a few nights at an affordable price

Only issue was the toilet leaking, however the staff immediately fixed it after we informed them. They were attentive and very friendly.

Waffles was good.Coffee left a lot to be desired . It was very clean and accommodating. Pool was nice.

Room was dirty, shower was not clean, and the furniture (Sofa) was so badly stained I was afraid to even sit on it.

The location was perfect. Price was awesome. Very clean and very good staff.

I had my dog with me and they were super amazing and it was very clean and I loved this day!

I wish there was a covered area where I could take my dog to use the bathroom while it was raining. LOL
