The charging ports (3) Didn't work. All 3 were broken

Excellent location and fantastic shuttle service from the Airport. The shuttle will even drop you at various other locations (eg. In 'n Out Burger or shops) and when you call, will return to a designated pick up point to collect you - this was truly an unexpected and very welcome, added bonus! If you don't wish to hop on the shuttle bus to go elsewhere, there is a Sizzler located just behind the hotel and if so inclined, a McDonald's very close by as well. We chose the hotel to be in close proximity to our hire car pick up which was a very convenient 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was fairly extensive and they also provided "Grab 'n Go" bags which were handy. It was a little odd that all the plates and utensils were disposable, however, it was easy for the staff to keep everything clean and tidy. The room was very generous and had loads of space for our luggage. The bathroom was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very good value for money and convenient as a stopover hotel if arriving or departing LAX at night or early morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have preferred proper plates, knives, forks and spoons in the breakfast room, however that was not a deal-breaker!

Everything! From the day we arrived and requested shuttle for pick up as we arrived around 11pm and driver Javier was very attentive and polite. Walked in the hotel was greeted by a very polite gentleman who had our stuff ready to go. Room was very clean, with no weird odors and everything was in place and working conditions! Next day got to see the staff down at breakfast area and all of them were very kind and well kept the area and great fresh breakfast. The service of having room cleaned and straightened with clean towels and bed done was done everyday of our stay, which was a +! Very please with our stay and would definitely book again on our next trip back to LA and recommend to family and friends.

The shuttle service to and from LAX is great. It's hourly and very convenient. The room was clean and had some amenities like coffee, desk area, plenty of space for belongings. Breakfast was included for my stay. The location was fairly convenient for my stay, there's a good Persian restaurant next door, some fast food places nearby and a great vegan place about 15 minutes walk away. There's also a CVS and a few stores within walking distance. There's free parking included but we didn't have a car. Staff were nice and helpful. Lighting in the room was great, there's a black out roller shade and a privacy screen, plus lots of different lighting options in the room. There's a metal plate by the door lock that prevents attackers from using a credit card to slide the lock open--this is great from a security perspective and the *only* way I can feel truly safe leaving my belongings.

The location is mainly convenient to LAX and is perfect for an overnight before a flight the next day, but it's not a huge sight seeing location. The bed was acceptable but a little old. The breakfast is very mediocre, but not through any fault of the kitchen staff. They serve pre-made omelettes that are perfectly identical and taste like they were made from frozen. The rest of the breakfast is standard mediocre fare. WiFi is not encrypted and the password system (both access code and name/room number combo) is terrible. I would bring a travel router.

Excellent stay. Had a flight from Europe to US, and next day from LA to Seattle. The only thing you should know is that it's not a Holiday Inn, it's a Holiday Inn Express and shuttle doesn't circle by itself between terminals. You should call them. They send a shuttle really quickly at 10:40pm. We're really grateful, as it was a hard flight. They also changed our room from King to Double at no charge, as there were one more person in my party. Usual breakfast for Holliday Inn, but still all was in place. Wifi is fast. Room, bath, sheets and towels are very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles - LAX Airport, an IHG Hotel at 8620 Airport Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 I picked this Holiday Inn Express because it was in one of the best locations. It had one site parking that was a part already of the price and it seemed clean and nice. It did live up to my expectations 😊 The staff was very friendly, very 👩🏻‍💼👨🏼‍💼🏨 accommodating. I felt like I was welcome the whole time I was here. After getting a good night's rest. They have a nice breakfast buffet 🥞☕🥯🥓 they set up every morning for their guests and like I said it was close to a lot of things I was trying to discover. Only less than a 8 minute drive from the airport really less than that. They had a shuttle that went every hour to the airport so if you needed a ride you just needed to be down there on the hour.

My only negative about this experience was the extra fees but truly it's connected to California and their tourist fees. Overall the room and my stay was one of the best hotel experiences I've had at hotels over a long time ⭐

Greeted immediately upon entering Asked for wake up call, front office noted it immediately, info for shuttle service to airport was simple and the room was very nice and comfortable. Room design was well-thought out. Generous , well -lit bathroom mirror for makeup application, hooks on the wall to hang clothing, and micro, fridge and coffee maker avail in room. Could use better coffee.

There was a truck parked on my side of the building, playing loud tejano music. Should have an employee. Walk the property to ensure quiet environment at all times for guest comfort.

The check in (and out) processes were seamless. Staff was knowledgeable. I really appreciated the free parking. I just paid $50 a night the day before at the Hyatt Place 2 blocks away. My room was very clean and I always a good bathtub, not just a shower. Location (near the airport), and free airport shuttle was a bonus. Also, I spent a considerable amount of time at their computer at the lobby - I prefer to make reservations for tours and restaurants on a computer; they also had a working printer, so I was able to print out my reservations (yes, I'm old school).

I was on the 2nd floor, and it was a bit nosy, ppl coming in and out and talking, but I guess that's unavoidable.

The room was super clean, we stayed in a king size suit, and it was big and pretty nice, it had coffee maker, and refrigerator, the view was fabulous. They had medium bottles of dove shampoo, body wash, and so on. The bed was super comfortable. And they had a pretty decent breakfast, with scrambled eggs, bread, cheese omelettes, pancakes, fruit, coffee, milk, juices. The shuttle from the airport was super fast and the driver was friendly. We called the hotel and they sent the shuttle right away! The service overall was pretty good!

The only bad thing that I had to say is that the A/C at the middle of the night started to making a noise that woke us up, and we turned off, the weather was nice, wasn't that cold or hot, so it was not a big deal for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Lots of parking available. Amazing staff - ESP the ladies at breakfast. Super comfy beds. Good sized room. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is a bit sketchy. But we weren't all that worried. As long as you're not planning on going for walkies around the block, you'll be sweet. I do wish you needed to swipe your room key to get to your floor though - just to ensure only hotel guests were able to get access to floors.
