From the moment we arrived early in the morning to the time we left having to change plans due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Hilary, the staff were accomodating and exceptional. Every single staff member we dealt with from reception, car service, valet and concierge were the best we have encountered. After we left the SLS, We travelled to another hotel in your group and have been disappointed at every touch point - from the cleanliness of the rooms to every interaction with staff members. I would highly recommend SLS purely on your staff. Thank you.

Shower over bath is annoying - I had requested a walk in shower as we always find the showers over baths flood. Didn’t want to cause a fuss since staff had been so kind to let us in to our room early due to our arrive after a long haul flight from Australia.

Beautiful room, great size, awesome bathroom and nice decor. All the staff were very friendly.

The bathmats were all frayed - not what you expect of such a property. There was a union strike outside whilst we were there. Certainly not the hotel‘s fault but their contingency plan was so la la as our room was not cleaned very well and bed not made well either.

Everything! From the interior details of the property to the the softness of the sheets and attitude of the staff. Loved it.

No mini bar whatsoever and In room dining menu not that exciting

Nice property, great roof deck pool, bar. Room was large and nicely appointed. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Customer service excellent.

Experience was excellent except for one thing—getting a seat for breakfast, gave up and went elsewhere. Hostess was inattentive.

The service staff went above and beyond in providing a memorable and comfortable stay for my spouse and I, leaving a very good impression. Whatever issues came up, they did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible taking responsibility with professionalism and sincerity.

I found the sofa in the living room of our suite to be too soft and not firm enough to provide any support and a comfortable place to sit and watch TV.

I thought I booked a King room with a soaking tub. I was looking forward to it the most and it was why I chose the hotel but I was put in a different King room.

Considering the corona-virus surge, the staff was extra-cautious but non-obtrusive in ensuring that their guests were well-protected. I would have to highlight the front desk crew and the valet parking attendants for going the extra mile.

More paper instructions for using the technology in the rooms. Some of us are not quite adept as others. For example, I couldn't make the coffee maker work.
