I arrive before almost at 3pm but they allow me right away. By checking in, the gentlemen from the front desk, asking me only $25 deposit after they will refund me when I checking out. $25 isn't bad at all because some hotel they ask $100 to $200, but not this hotel. My room is the front the street near the pool, but it's seem bit quiet during the daytime. The bed very comfortable & the room is clean. They a gym here in the first floor I used & it's good. Ice machine available. Plenty parking lot space for each guest room. Near surrounded by small local restaurant as food & drink place near Santa Clara University.

The breakfast is hit & miss because they some people & I arrive for breakfast this time at 6am. They still no hot breakfast as bacon or eggs. But later in 30 minutes, the housekeeping lady brought the hot tray foods but the people suddenly rush & grab quickly they can the hot meal. And I haven't got one, only toaster, yogurt & cofee. The housekeeping lady only brought one time. Funny how, they is a tip jar, but I wish they should have done having 2 hot trays breakfast then 1, then I would give a tip for it.

Great staff. Rooms very big, with big bathrooms, nice and hot showers. Plenty of plugs. Huge tv, with lots of channels. Breakfast had loads of choice, and was topped up regularly. Can’t fault it. Bacon, sausage (patty) eggs and potatos for hot food. Good location. 10 mins drive from Santana Row and 10 from Japan town.

Could do with an update, (slightly 90’s vibes).but nothing else to fault. Hairdryer should do with more than 20cm of power cable.

Was happy there was protein in The Breakfast selection and that the staff was very helpful.

If the pool could have been a little bit heated, that would have been perfect but it was warm outside so it is better to be cooler than warm water under those circumstances in general but I'm a senior and would have liked to tad bit warmer but was told it was not heated and enjoyed it anyways.

Cleanliness is very important to me. And let me tell you, this place is clean!! Nothing fancy, had all basic necessities available. Some of the best water pressure I’ve seen for the shower. The breakfast was great, my kids and I loved it.

Can’t say I have anything negative to say.

As is typical of hotels which offer breakfast, there is nothing (except for coffee) offered early for those who leave for the airport early. I knew this, and is not unusual for a hotel offering breakfast

For a one night stay before catching a flight out of San Jose airport this hotel is ideal. Staff at the front desk upon check-in were very nice (a young Indian fellow) and gave us a room facing out to the back. It was quiet and large enough, though dated and somewhat worn. Decently clean.

If arriving late and getting a room facing the street side it would be really noisy. Parking is also rather tight. Two folks came with what looked like delivery vans and they struggled. Some of the guests also seemed to be a bit iffy, but it was for only one night, and the place was overall clean and well-managed. Breakfast, again, was basic motel style - not much to write home about.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location near the airport was great.

The noise from the heater . We needed to ask for a blanket. We didn't know that the thing in the closet that looked like a pillow was a blanket. The person at the desk was very accommodating!

The location was exceptional because it was a calm area . The area also had quietness. What I also liked was the great service the employees provided when we check in and out . I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at

Seriouly I won’t say it was a bad stay because I got to sleep and I got to get up everything was so neat and locations where so close only thing the airplanes were to close but I do love airplanes so can’t complain

The rooms were clean. The pool & jacuzzi was nice on a hot day.. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great choices hot & cold foods. There was plenty of parking on site.
