Phenomenal philosophy put into action! The plaque on the wall across from the elevator says it all. Too much to write here but basically they put service to people above profit. A novel idea these days. Guests are treated like family and every employee I met made sure I felt welcome. At breakfast a very kind man brought around a bowl of freshly cut pineapple and served it personally to me. With a big warm gentle smile! That's just one example.

There's simply nothing not to like. This was my second time staying and I will be back again.

The room was big, beautiful, and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet for the location.

It took three tries and 20+ minutes to get into a room. The first time the key didn't work. The second time the light turned green but the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the front desk I was informed that there was a room that had a bad lock and that was probably it. I asked for a different room. No more issues after that.

Mr. Bill was so amazing during breakfast time. He was so very attentive and gave my grandkids a snack bag and also checked on us EVERY morning we were there. Please keep him around. He deserves top pay. He was constantly busy.

There was a hole in the wall from the door (room 103). The room keys didn't work well to the pool, the end outside door by our room and also our room door.

Staff was extremely friendly, room was very clean. Quiet, peaceful. I hope to book Comfort Suites again when I'm in Rolla

Dirty water randomly started falling from the bathroom ceiling vent, but luckily no one was there at the time. This is a very minimal complaint in my opinion, as the good heavily outweighs this

My husband had a massive stroke 16 years ago that destroyed his left side. We travel fairly frequently and usually ask for a handicapped room but you never know how accessible it really is . . BUT the Comfort Inn was truly accessible, one of the best we have ever stayed in . Wish they were all that way Thank you so much for the thought you but into the room

Happy Wife, Happy Life!!! She Loved it! The spacious bathroom was great! The room facilities were very handy to have. Would loved to have stayed more than 1 night, but this wasn't a leisure trip. The lady at the front desk in the evening was the best ever. Wish I could remember her name, but she was very helpful and friendly, and started my visit off Perfect. I will book again when the need to stay overnight arises.

It was very clean and up to date . The beds were comfy the breakfast was yummy!

We weren’t told until after we paid that the pool was down for maintenance. That was very deceiving the kids were so much looking forwards to the pool. We paid 285. For 2 days we kind felt we should have had a discount for the pool being down. 🥲

Constant, daily cleaning of rooms. Updated rooms. Laundry facilities. Excellent, wide variety of breakfasts. Accommodations for 6 to fit a room. No issues with reservations or check-in.

The bathroom was very small. Not just for 6 people. I'm not sure if it was the renovation of new carpet or guests above us, but I had to call the desk to have them stop jumping or pounding.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great.

The indoor pool was way to cold. We had to change our plans to go to Fugitive Beach on Saturday so decided to take a dip in the pool instead but we just couldn't do it. Even the kiddos wouldn't swim in it.

We were on a 10 day vacation traveling from Vegas to Indiana through 8 states. We stayed in multiple hotels/motels. The breakfast here was the best. In addition to many food options, a gentleman came around offering fresh fruit cups. The dining area was large to accommodate many guests.

There were many used towels in the pool area though no one was present when we entered the pool area.
