Good price compared to resorts/ casinos, no resort fee. Room was clean and large with a seperate bedroom with door seperate from sofa bed/ living room. Staff helpful. Full fridge . Free coffee and muffin in lobby each morning

AC unit only in living room not bedroom..the fan suction thing to being air into bedroom loud and not great. Had to ask for linens..none were on the sofa bed at all upon arrival! I wish they had in room coffee and maybe something additional for " breakfast " like bananas or yogurt for example . It's a cheap place to stay next to the Rio..and quick Uber to the strip but not on the bus line or walking distance unfortunately

This hotel apartment was much better than I anticipated very big clean convenient comfortable beds nice size kitchen great bathroom good air conditioning and a perfect location if you don't want to spend so much money being on the Strip but want to be close enough that you can walk or pay for Uber under $12

It is an extended stay hotel so some people seem to actually live there but that didn't bother me but some people might prefer a place that is strictly a hotel

Didn't think it was going to be as nice as it was considering the area it's in but it was great. Ttwo women who checked me in we very nice, helpful and professional. I don't remember their names but one was tall with light colored straight long hair and glasses. The other woman was shorter with medium length black hair pulled back. We needed an iron so i called the front desk to see if they had one we could use, they did. I sent my boyfriend to get it and they had it ready for him. It was brand new in the box so that was nice.

Everything was good but to be nit picky and it would have bothered me if we stayed for longer than a day. There wasn't a light in the closet and it's pretty dark in there. And the bedroom door stuck when you shut it or tried to open it. Just had to push/pull it a little harder. Again just nit picking, these things weren't a real problem.

The staff was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The room was spacious and was worth the money. It was a convenient distance from the strip and a much quieter and calmer place than a hotel with a casino.

There could have been better grab and go snacks for breakfast. There was only one type of granola bar and muffin.

My husband and I came for our 2nd EDC. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we were just an 11min walk to our shuttle at the Rio. The kitchen saved us money, we brought more than enough food for the weekend. I forgot her name, but the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful.

They had a pool they also had a mini gym and the best was the laundromat on site very nice and a walgreens not far

Something could have been updated and cleaned up better other than that it was a really nice place to stay for a long job.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Pans, coffee maker and spatulas can be asked for to the staff. My kids love the pool and the hot tub!! 😁

Breakfast too simple, coffee, muffins, oatmeal and hot chocolate powder packs. You could add bananas and yogurt 🤤

The motel was a great stay for my family and I. The staff were very accommodating.

Some of the other guest were very with their music and sing when we stayed there so that was a uncomfortable for me and my family. But later it was resolved.

The property, building, access, room, amenities were as expected. Price/value proposition adequate.

Point 8 of the ESA pledge. i.e. cleanliness of floor: walking barefooted or in white socks resulted in blackening of feet soles and the socks. Expressed this concern to 'Hazel' upon checkout while indicating to her that Room 3605 now possessed a new coffee pot and a new queen side bed blanket. She seemed to be genuinely concerned about the floor.

I originally booked 2 rooms and was told the location overbooked. They were able to put us in a family suite that worked out for our stay.

The pull out couch had a twin size mattress instead of a full.
