I went online and made my reservation just to show up to the hotel and the lady said she already completed her nightly audit so she couldn't take my reservation so I had to make another reservation and pay again and never got refunded from when I paid online! It's funny how that works because when you ran my credit card online to pay for the reservation it came out of my account right away but when it was a screw up on your side or the hotel side well wouldn't be damned if I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my refund!

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room they gave us was super close to the door which made our stay a lot easier as we did a lot of shopping.

Our room smelled really bad of weed, which is awful since my highly allergic to smoke/weed. They definitely could use some garbage cans around the building as people tend to just throw it on the ground which makes wasps come around.

I liked the location because it had a number of restaurant options, mostly within walking distance; the front desk staff accommodated my request happily; the room was very clean and mainly I felt safe while there.

A bit noisy upstairs: alot of foot traffic above that lasted into well into late nights/early morning.

We rented the king room and it was super clean. Had fridge and microwave to use. Large room. Staff was excellent and super accommodating and friendly

Hallways seemed run down and could use more light down stairwells (some light bulbs were burned out)

The tv cable box would randomly shut off or the sound would glitch causing distortion. It was most likely the providers fault not the hotel. The heater had something wrong with it making a horrible noise each time it kicked on. Woke us up a couple times it was so loud and from the sounds of the other heaters ours wasn't the worst.

The location was nice, the staff was very friendly. The rooms themselves were perfect for someone who is on the go and looking for a good value to crash after a long day out and about.

The size and layout of the room was awkward. There was a light chair in there that was filthy. The bed was too small, I had booked a room with 2 beds. The shower was weird and too small it made water go everywhere, consequently there was a pool of water accumulated on the bathroom after every shower. No pool (it was under construction) even though the website says there was a pool! Towels were almost all stained so they looked dirty.

It was surprisingly quiet and cozy.

There were some crazy people doing shenanigans outside the hotel which made the environment feel sketchy.

Facilities were very comfortable. Location was easy to get to. A diner next door was an added bonus. Staff accommodated my request for a ground floor room.

Location. Easy accessibility. Value. Cleanliness 😊

First room had not been cleaned so we had to get another room. Very inconvenient and an embarrassment for the girl at the front desk. 😩
