I really liked how welcoming Duyal was and very informative. He immediately told us what the building offered like swimming pool, breakfast. I also like how warm it feels when we walk in with the seating area - like a home. Also, the location is ideal. Far enough to feel like we aren't in the middle of the city, but close to everything. Thank you.

Looking good easy to exit on highway looks like they put new carpet that’s plus point and breakfast is amazing and lots of variety

We wanted a night in to celebrate our anniversary, this room was perfect for that.

The room could have been cleaner. Some stains on the floor and the bathroom door, the bottom was starting to crumble. It wasn't "dirty" just stained and in need of updates

I was a little nervous about staying there because of the reviews. I don’t know what people were complaining about. I thought the hotel was clean. The staff was VERY polite and courteous. I would stay there again.!

Everything was perfect the staff was so nice and helpful. The building and the room was super clean. Everyone spoke and smiled we loved it here we will definitely come back

The Breakfast was above and beyond. Thank you very, very Much. The entire stay was good just for the breakfast itself.

There was no soymilk. It was great even without the soymilk.

Carpeting needs to be replaced in common areas. The carpeting in my room needed a good steam cleaning.

Great location off the highway and surrounded by decent restaurants, facilities were clean and the prices were fair.

Have stayed here many times prior to COVID and enjoyed my stay.

When a guest places the official notification card to “not make up the room” (i.e. “Do not disturb”) on the outer doorknob, shouldn’t housekeeping stay out? But that wasn’t the case. There were two of us for just two nights. We didn’t need our room serviced considering COVID precautions. But despite placing the sign, our room was still serviced with all new linens, etc which was unnecessary. Also felt like a violation of our right to privacy during a pandemic. Additionally, poor mask wearing by most of hotel staff especially folks at front desk. Doesn’t inspire confidence that housekeeping an be trusted to take COVID precautions.
