The service provided by Amanda was amazing. The coffee and tea upon check in and breakfast is always good. The location and overall cleanliness of the hotel makes me want to book this location again.

A small amount of hair from previous guests in tub and on a couple if the towels gross me out.

Room was very comfortable

Breakfast was horrible. My family normally likes hotel breakfast and we normally like options that were served but it was all cold like it wasn't heated before going in serving bins and pancake maker wasn't up to temperature so they weren't cooking through.

We normally stay at a different hotel; but itnwas sold out. This hotel was in the same area so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was hot and available until 10 AM on Sunday and 9:30 AM on Monday (which was nice and allowed us to sleep in).

Wasn't a fan of the pillows (I prefer a fluffy pillow); however, the bed was very comfortable.

Staff very friendly, beds comfortable, breakfast awesome (plenty to choose from), great value, clean and I will be staying at Holiday Inn Express's in the future. Great Job!

Traffic was a bit noisy but that's the location. I travel with a sound machine so nothing that can't be fixed.The location was actually convenient for our needs, so not a problem.

I really enjoyed having a full-size breakfast. They had a lot of variety. I wasn't thrilled that I picked an industrial park hotel, but it did have some fast-food options, and the front desk had food items to purchase to heat up in the room.

I was sad that the pool was closed. I picked another hotel in the industrial park. It was further away from my next destination.

Is was easy to get to and close to things. Friendly staff and very willing to help with area restaurants and quickly fixed things that had gone wrong. I mean things happen but they quickly addressed them.

Mattresses were a little too hard for most of the people in our group. We rented about 8 rooms with our Jeep group

I like that Cleanliness and price was bad considering most being ridiculous price per night at most hotel now.

Only thing I didn't like is that I didn't know I couldn't pay cash at all until I arrived. And I wish this hotel had a whirl pool.

It was clean and modern, even the bathroom was really clean

The air conditioning was not on so the room was hot, not what I was looking forward to after a long drive. I woke up at 3 am to get a shower to find there were no bath towels in the room

Fantastic breakfast buffet! Choices for health-conscious or famished. Convenient to highways, fuel. Large comfortable room, clean, quiet, thoughtful, helpful staff. I’d certainly stop here again.

Nothing to complain about, it was great!

It was pretty close to downtown. It was fully booked and the staff did a good job keeping things stocked for breakfast.

When checking in the lady at the front desk didn’t know if a room was a king or a queen room booked us into the wrong room so was just more of an inconvenience then anything.
