Room was nice. Plenty of parking for towables.

Very disappointing bag breakfast. They put in a cold breakfast sandwich which they took directly from a small fridge behind the counter. I assumed they took it from a warmer. Dropped it in the bag and sent us on r way. Didn’t know it was cold till we were on the road. Everything else in the bag was snack stuff. Thanks a lot. No breakfast. They should have offered to warm them for us or at least given us a heads up.

I like the location which was close to places I needed to be. It is also next to interstate 10 for the one who may need a lil rest as they travel.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was it had a sour like smell or the previous users may have smoked in it.

The location, was great..the hotel, .rooms.and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely stay again.

How friendly the staff is. How easy & fast it was to check in.

2 things.... first I asked the gentleman up front if he would get me at wash cloth and towel at or around 9AM and he told me that he will let housekeeper know.... Well noon comes and I have yet gotten my wash cloth and towel. The housekeeper is now right next door to me. I ask her for a wash cloth and towel. She was extremely rude and n told me to go get it at front. I walk up front to see the same guy I asked for a wash cloth and towel 3-4 hours ago just sitting playing on his phone. So I once again ask him for wash cloth and towel and he goes in the back and gets it for me. Ruined my whole entire day. There it was 12-1pm and still without a shower. We had plans and couldn't even make it.

The motel was really great. It was very clean . Staff was friendly an rooms were perfect. Beds were so comfortable an air worked really great.Thanks Comfort inn. Good job

Nothing, everything was great. The only thing that wasn't good. I've got copd an it was a job to get everything up to 3rd floor

Mrs. Erica upon our arrival had the greatest, professional personality. Mrs. Erica made sure our family needs were taken care 100%. Rooms were nice, cozy & clean. Atmosphere, Nice. Location, Great Thankyou !

Bathroom needs some minor repairs and a better cleaning. Bag breakfast could have a peanut allergy option.

Clean, quiet, well maintained facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is sort of truck stop like but the location was perfect for where I needed to be.

I am assuming that due to Cover that is why there was no breakfast. I wish the windows opened. Those are my only issues.

I loved the fact that they didnt stand over me when I was late checking out. They let me be and get my stuff without anybody standing over me or saying anything and I thought that was really cool. I've been to many hotels and whenever I was late checking out they would be at my door knocking. So really enjoyed it here. By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Highly recommend:-)

To have to check out at 11am. Wish it was 12.

Clean and quiet.

Our iPhones wouldn't connect to the WiFi . Just returned error saying invalid router. No problem with iPad and laptop
