This hotel is conveniently located to the right of exiting the airport, with check-in managed using self-service kiosks. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable King bed, and good shower facilities. We got delayed by 3 hours after we had checked out, but the staff were very considerate and allowed us to check back into our original room until the original check-out time. Very appreciated for such a long delay!

There is a small restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel offering pizzas, burgers, and small meals. The quality of these meals could be better - I had a bland pizza; a Domino's pizza would have been better and cheaper. Additionally, the cost of the room was expensive - $283.19 for one night.

Lots of work going on in the reception area, and has been for a while now. Glad to have been given a room on Floor 7 which was very quiet and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. Location is 10/10.

Food is very good but very pricey when compared to other airport hotels. Atura has definitely increased their accommodation prices quite significantly in recent years. It used to be $149 but our next booking is $329!! Sink drains have an awful sulphur smell in the bathroom and we have reported this many times. But despite thus, we always stay here :-)

Loved that we were at the airport so I could run down for an early flight and not have to be uncomfortable waiting to check in because I usually get there too early. Loved the comfort and the views!

All was good. However, it was very pricey, even for being right at the airport. I can understand the price but just not sure it's worth the extra $150+ just to be 2 mins walk to security over a motel that's 7mins walk and less than half the price.

Fabulous room, was more like a studiio apartment, bed & linen gorgeous! The hand written welcome card with comp drinks vouchers was a lovely touch! The TV was on a swivel arm perfect for watching in bed! Overall a great stay, such a shame I was only staying a few hours as had early flight, but allowed me to have a great sleep without worrying about waking up!! 😀😀😀

Unfortunatley I could not get the shower to heat up beyond tepid, I was so looking forward to a hot shower before my flight, but on the flip side at least it woke me up! 😀🤪

I used the Oban/bus service to travel from the airport to return my car, as well as flying in and out of Adelaide Airport. The reception support was excellent, to the point that they got me a trolley for my luggage on a very hot day. I could park my car, unload my luggage in my room and return to my car with minimal effort. I purchased breakfast separately and that was a relaxing start to the day. Checking in and out was a breeze. I had an early morning flight, and this was the reason for me staying at the hotel. I like that everything is in close proximity.

The proximity to the terminal is fantastic. So easy to move between the hotel and terminal. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that I could have been dropped off at the rear of the Atura and instead walked a distance from a nearby road (not the drop off area) to the hotel. The room was smaller than I expected, but had all I needed and I would assume that most patrons only stay one night. Linen was fresh and clean. Amazingly quiet, no aeroplane noise at all.

Difficult to reach the curtains to close them properly. Hanging space for a couple of items was a bit small.

We arrived late into Adelaide Airport and due to the short distance to the Atura Hotel from the airport meant that we were able to walk to Reception. There was an option to pre-check-in, that we didn't use but this option would be invaluable for the business traveller. The room was very well appointed with coffee machine etc. and the bed was very comfortable and despite being very close to the airport runway, the sound level from outside was minimal due to the building's construction material.

The minor issue that we thought could be improved on was based around the bathroom where there were no towel rails to hang wet towels and face washers and very little cupboard storage space.

Comfortable bed, the room was very stylish; location was the primary reason for selecting this hotel as it is possible to walk to the airport departures without going outside.

It was classed as a King Room with City View, this was let down by the fact it was only on the third floor and there was an airport terminal in the way - although it would have been looking in the right direction.

I like the convenience of getting off/on the plane straight from airport to hotel I like that I can wait in a quiet area or stay in my room. Staff were helpful and polite, and I felt comfortable and safe. Ordered meal for room , delivered in reasonable time

When booking the price, it can vary from a reasonable price to a high price. Went to catch a bus, but there didn't seem to be a lot of instructions as I wasn't very familiar with the public transport . Caught a taxi nearby, but the taxi driver wasn't overly happy because I was going to harbour town, and it wasn't a long trip for him, he spoke to the person who was allocated taxis and passengers, she allowed me to stay in the taxi, next time I will get a taxi from hotel if needed

This was a great hotel to leave on an airplane at 530am. I left the car rental, crossed the street and was greeted by friendly staff at the reception. Easy check in and out. Restaurant smelled good and it was busy, did not eat there. The room was very clean, no foreign hairs on the bed or towels. Comfy bed and pillows. You could even call reception and choose a pillow (down vs foam, etc). Shower was got and great pressure. Loved their shampoo and conditioner provided. Quiet, did not hear any noise from outside. It is literally attached to the airport making it so convenient. I left my room, check out and was at airport security within 5min, not exaggerating.
