This is my second time staying with this hotel within 18 months, perfect location, the staff is very friendly. The guards always welcome with smile and try to help, it's very nice to enter such place with pleasant faces. The room was very clean, the beds are very comfy. The hotel is located on a main road of Istanbul so the traffic is very loud, but the windows provide excellent noise cancellation. Obviously it's not perfect but you need to consider the location as a huge factor. The elevators were very fast and we never needed to wait. We'll return again :)

The door of the shower didn't close with the magnets, the shower head was leaking and the temp of the water changed a lot during showering, also the shower pressure wasn't strong. We didn't complain live but it didn't ruin our stay.

The hotel is well-equipped. I expected a bit more for the other experiences with Marriot, but it was enough for my stay. The staff is well-trained and welcoming, always taking care of special requests. The breakfast has a good variety of food and is always fresh, serving well all hotel guests, including the kitchen when preparing custom orders. A plus to the security since it has the metal detectors at the gates. It's 3 minutes walking from Levent metro station and had two shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. Really recommended.

The room service does a pretty good job, but one or twice in two weeks, they came to clean the room a bit late. It's understandable by the number of room. The management needs to give special attention to the elevators. I stayed in the 10th floor and for me it took from 5 to 10 minutes to take the elevators. It seems they aren't well programmed. At the last day of my stay, before the checkout, two out of three were under maintenance, which is good, but I believe they could have synced well the repair time. I could take the stairs, was carrying a large luggage and had a knee surgery.

The location is just Perfect, we landed in Sabiha Gokcen Airport and we took bus from the the terminal directly to Levent station which is 20m from the hotel. There are 3 Shopping centers within 150m which are one after the other. The Levent metro station is about 1min walk from the hotel, and this station is just 10min ride from Taksim Square and about 15min from Halic which is nearest subway station to Eminonu's markets (Misir Carsisi and Kapali Carsi) The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very welcoming, always wanting to help with shopping bags and the luggage. The room was very clean everyday when we came back to our room.

The phone in our room didn't work good, neither with the speaker and with the receiver. (Just to clear, we didn't report to the hotel staff about this issue) We wanted to order room service but we didn't find the menu in the room nor in the website. Only on the last day when we were about to leave, we saw that there is a QR code on far corner of the mirror on the end of the room, so we didn't need anymore because we were leaving.

The noise coming from the main road

the room we stayed in was very nosey especially after my wife had undergone treatment in turkey it was not the best place to be with road noise people closing and opening they room doors.

the rooms were very stuffy at night of we kept the windows open it was nosey and if we closed them it would get realy humid . the Ac would not work we stayed ten nights did not get a a good sleep even for one night so therefore instead of checking out after the days we cheked out after 9 days. however due to this error that they could not fix the Ac to cold air we got breakfast offered to us till we was there to comprehense the problem.

Being closer to Kanyon and within the city was a good option.

Breakfast did not have vegetarian options.

I usually dont stay at 4 star hotels. However, this hotel has changed my game roles. It is better than many 5 stars hotels I have stayed in. The staff is 7 star staff from the reception to the room service and house keeping. Everbody in this hotel wants to make you feel comfortable. I have asked for one adapter, they gave me two and I have asked for one umbrella, they gave me two. The location is great, it is in the most modern place in Istanbul, the whole people in the area are very nice. There are three malls close by and each one deliver varieties of options for food and clothing. Also, the metro is very near and there is alot of ATM machine close by. This will not be the last time to stay at Delta Levent.

I loved breakfast: the excellent food, the kind staff and the space.

From the first day we arrived , the guy that carried our luggage to the room has tried fixing the air conditioning in the room , but it was broke.Nobody came ,till we left the hotel, to fix the air conditioning (we were lucky we didn't need it).Reception staff had a problem helping us order a cab (we practically had to ask/beg them to help us, as all cabs were cancelling my order in the application).

Love this place, really close to mall and also public transport. The room is big with comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and they also can make omelete or even serve menemen when we request them. The variety of food is excellent. The staff is helpful as well. I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and 1 night in Sheraton (near to this hotel as well with higjer price). I prefer to stay at Delta Marriot for next trip.

Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Perfect location for business trip or couple vacation as it is in the center and close to 3 malls. Lounge, restaurant and gym and great. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The area is a bit crowded and difficult to get out of the hotel very quickly due to traffic. Parking is not part of the hotel and you should pay 120 TL/day if you are renting a car. No swimming pool.
