1-All the staff are nice but one of the staff could not communicate with me properly. 2- it seems that I was asked to pay for VAT twice because my booking receipt was showing the total confirmed price but I paid at hotel extra for VAT. I think their printed html page differed my receipt. Sounds like double screening is happening like a financial crime. Or VAT must get paid at hotel and excluded the offered price at the booking.com. Frankly speaking im speechless as all staff were simply proffessionas. Very helpful and easy going. Always smiling. I actually dealt with Mr. Ayoub. He was very friendly, very helpfull and very good in customer service. For the reataurant. Mr. Falah and mr. Ayoub they have very good customer service skills. I dont know the name of the other gentlemen who was working night shift he was very good as well. Im very delighted to come back again as i really loved the stay.

Overall everything was quiet good.

Mr. Ayoub at the reception offered me the best services a guest can get in a hotel. He was very helpful and welcoming, and fulfilled all my requests at top priority. He made my stay at the hotel one of the best experiences to have in Al-Hamra, Beirut. Thank you so much brother Ayoub.

I appreciated the hotel's courteous staff, competitive pricing, and prime location. Their integrity was commendable, as evidenced by their effort to safeguard a sweater I had forgotten. Additionally, the hotel's stylish ambiance and immaculate rooms significantly enhanced my stay.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and found nothing to dislike during my stay.

I liked everything, it was great, great location for this price. It's in the middle of beirut, a nice street and again a great location.

All was great, but I have only 1 thing and it's not that much, is that to take a shower you should wait 2 mins before going under water, so to get hot water you need to open the hot water for 2 mins and after this all will be great.

Nice cozy hotel. Location is very convenient with some restaurants and cafes open till late hours. Staff were helpful especially Lobna, she was always available and giving recommendations even beyond her working hours. Will sure be staying there again.

The staff is very cooperative and kind, they didnt hestitate to give the helping hand once i need, they even accepted to change the room and do their best to satisfy our stay. The room was so clean and tidy and there werent any difficulties. I recommend the hotel and you will find the guys flexible and responsive.

Eat outside the hotel preferably

The staff are friendly and the property clean and nice

The electricity off for few second before it turned to generator. This is basically the situation in Lebanon and I don’t think this should effect the property valuation
